Best Portuguese-style BBQ on Bloomfield Ave in my humble opinion. The flavor of the ribs we ordered were unmatched, even the rice & fries were good. I paid a little more than the other place and I would do it again and again. You earned a loyal customer.

The pork ribs and rotisserie chicken were perfectly cooked and tender, seasoned just right with a flavorful dry rub. We also ordered a seafood platter, which was a big hit! The garlic green sauce paired wonderfully with the freshness of the shellfish. Danny & Cilinha executed my requests flawlessly and delivered everything on time. Food was great. Meat was flavorful and juicy. Rice was moist and flavorful as well. Usually the rice is on the dry side at these bbq places but this was the best I’ve had at any of these spots. Owner was very nice and tables were clean. It’s a no frills place, you don’t go for atmosphere just for food but was very pleased. I would recommend and go back again

Owner is nice and friendly. Food seasoned well. They give you a lot of fries and rice for the sides. Meat was on the dry side and the 1/2 chicken was on the smaller side. Wish they can lessen the sides and add on the meat size and quality. Maybe Mondays arent the best days here. 3 stars hoping to improve to 4 or 5 on next visit.

I don’t eat out, unless am traveling. When I do, it’s by REFERRAL, STRONG REFERRAL. This place was that, referred. Salmon salad, OMG, Presentation priceless taste ????? While I was eating !!! I thought I was on a ISLAND ON VACATION, eating lunch. Owner brings your plate, after I was done, he came to ask how was the food ??? I told him to PLEASE go back behind his counter, and allow me too, BRING HIS PLATE BACK TOO HIM, and look at it, now tell me if I ENJOYED the food BASED ON THE PLATE !!!!!!
