My food was hot and fresh. The employees were nice and polite. They greeted me with a smile. The restaurant including the restrooms were clean and had a fresh smell.
The negative was that the kiosk didn’t work. I tried two kiosk. The first allows me to order but I couldn’t pay. The second kiosk only allowed me to Tap.

Expect nothing to work kiosks, screens, etc. There is no access to condiments and good luck flagging someone down to help. Also, if eating inside expect to wait 15-20 minutes to get your fast food order. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next McDonald’s.

I placed my order at the kiosk and when I clicked pay with card it told me to go to the counter. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service. Finally got someone to come over only to be told that they weren’t taking orders because they were too busy and then the person walked away and no employees would talk to us. Shameful service. I dont know what they meant about being too busy. There was only one car waiting to place an order and the lobby had maybe five groups in it.

Staff was rude from the person keeping the dinning area clean asked them how long till bathrooms are ready to use “when I’m done “ to the lady at register just asking everyone to use kiosk. Water dripping from molded ceiling. The food is what it is. Piece of meat from burger was missing

When you wait in line patiently and pay $8 for a quarter pounder with cheese meal and this is what you get. Not sure wth they’re thinking over there. Not cool. Everyone please check your bag and each piece of food before putting the car in drive again. Fries taste good and so does the sprite.

We ordered on the kiosk and it said that it wasnt accepting cashless payments, so to pay at the counter. We stood there for 10 minutes of the staff ignoring us completely until I called out to one of them and she literally said No we won’t take accept your order because we’re busy. There was one car in the drive thru and about 4 people in the lobby. Completely ridiculous
