We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. So happy to hear they have a delicious breakfast spot that unique in San Marcos! I came here for my breakfast birthday and this place did not disappoint! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and their Million Dollar bacon was for sure the hype it’s given! The place had the farmhouse feel to it and was also super clean. I appreciate the big booths they provided with privacy as we’re a family of 6. Service was also great! We will definitely become a regulars!

Mia W the bob was an AMAZING waitress! Was here as soon as the place opened with a table of five, and Mia W the bob (we have to clarify because there’s two “Mia”s) was nothing but smiles and laughs from the moment she walked up to our table! My waitress Gigi was phenomenal. I came for an experience and that’s exactly what I got. I order the Trifecta breakfast with a side million dollar bacon. Honey the million dollar breakfast was so good it sung in my mouth it was a straight party going on. My trifecta was smoked ham, carrot and pecan pancake scrambled eggs and cheese.an straight heaven. I drove 4hrs and 20 mins from Beaumont and it was worth every penny but more than that my time.

Mia Bob was super helpful for our first visit. She was friendly, presented our options perfectly & answered all our questions! The restaurant was quiet & helped us escape from the busy world. Food was great! Million dollar bacon, Belgium waffle and avocado toast were our favorites!

Really enjoyed this place. The food was fresh and tasted great, and I love that they change things up with a seasonal menu! The service was just as good. Renata took great care of us, was super kind, and made everything easy and pleasant. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

It was our first time eating at First Watch and it definitely won’t be the last. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived but wasn’t too bad. Worth the wait though, especially for the Chimichurri Steak and Egg Hash. It’s seasonal so try it while it’s still here! We also tried and enjoyed the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Tri-Fecta!

I love coming here for breakfast! I’m typically the early bird and it’s nice and quiet in the restaurant. However, today was a late start to breakfast. Yes, it was packed on a Saturday morning. (No surprise there) But their food was calling me to come either way.
It was crowded, and they were short staffed by 5 people, and yet I had a great experience either way. Goran was our server. He had such a warm and welcoming personality. In the midst of the hustle and bustle, he didn’t make us feel rushed and he didn’t look flustered. I appreciated his excellent attitude and customer service. Thank you Goran!
The food was still top-notch quality and there was no long wait for our plates to come out. My favorite plate is the Morning Market Veg. I have a dairy allergy, so I omit the cheese on the omelette. I also am blessed to have a gluten allergy as well, so I order the GF toast with no butter. I love that the seasoned potatoes are fresh made without those 2 allergens. Yay me!!
It’s hard to find that in most breakfast establishments. Did I mention that they do not charge extra for the GF toast? (Why wouldn’t you want to come here?) I don’t feel like I’m being penalized for having an allergy or two.
I also ventured out to try their Morning Meditation juice. We ordered it with no ice since it’s super chilly today. I was not let down by the flavor. I prefer mine with a stronger ginger spice to it, but that’s my personal preference.

First time at first watch! AND we will be back for sure. The staff (our waiter was goran) were friendly and the food was great!
Restrooms are clean and they have 4 individual ones! With baby changing stations. Came in the morning on Sunday and it was busy but we didn’t wait long for a table. They also had a nice outside eating area.

The food was great, finished plates all around. The joint was packed but our server Mel got us set up and fed quick. The atmosphere was vibrant and makes me want to take on the day if it weren’t for the strawberry treesleches French toast. After that beast I kinda want a nap. Great job First Watch and thank you Mel and the rest of the staff.

Hubby & I came to eat here for the first time & it was SOO delicious!! We arrived close to one & it wasn’t busy at all, so we had no wait time. We had Giselle taking care of us & she was so nice & lovely! She would check in on us & asked if we needed anything☺️. Really enjoyed this place! Would definitely recommend!
