I don’t know why they put a machine to serve soft drinks if it’s not going to work, I placed my order in the app and paid for the drink so they wouldn’t give me anything, I ordered the new bacon hot honey mccrispy burger that is supposed to come with lettuce and they didn’t put anything

I went to this McDonald’s location expecting a Grinch meal with my family only to find out that the dining room was closed while the workers were sitting on their butts. Mind you it is 50° and the line is wrapped around the building so instead of opening up the dining room they decided to lose customers.

Don’t go here, they are the prime example of why customer service is dead post 2020. Came here after the Bananas event and they refused to serve people claiming they were “at capacity”. No signs, no workers informing people in drive thru. Just letting people sit in drive thru for over 30 minutes. However the cookout next door was much busier and got our order out in 10 minutes. They even had a full drive thru. McDonald’s corporate needs to clean house here.

I wish the workers would learn to follow the order. If I asked for a coffee with creamers on the side (outside) the coffee. How hard is it to NOT put sugar and creamer in the coffee. It should be easier not to. Do better. after all, whether its 1-10 dollars, we are paying for the service so DO IT … simple

I just love the manager Melissa so much. I frequent this location and she’s always so welcoming toward me. Give that woman a raise! I’ve also witnessed so many mean customers when you can clearly tell they’re trying their best.

As a former employee of 3 years of service at a McDonalds, I have received the worst service ever. We arrived at 2:00. We placed our order on a kiosk. The kiosk was not taking payment. It took at least 5-10 minutes for an employee to take our payment. A police office came into the store to take a statement from the manager about a situation. As we were waiting, they kept asking us what our order was. They said it was coming. A lady came in from the drive through missing her Grinch meal. She was served within 5 minutes. A man was served his meal with the lid not on properly causing the drink to spill all over the counter and floor in front of the register. Not one employee tried to clean any of it up. They just left it there to dry. They called me up to serve me my meal but it was all wrong. It was the order for the lady who came in after me. They asked me my order again. They said they’ll get us two large orders instead of a regular and a large. At this point I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my order 279. They bring out 2 medium Grinch meals for two girls who came in 10-15 minutes after me. They give them the Grinch meals instead of giving them to me and correcting the fries to the large fry that I ordered and the correct drinks. As I’m still waiting, another dissatisfied customer came in from the drive through complaining about missing her fries for her order. She was serviced after waiting inside for at least 5 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, I called to the back for a manager to come give me a refund for my order. I had to wait for her to come out of the back. As I was waiting a woman came inside to order on the kiosk because she said the drive through was crazy. I told her she might want to be careful because I’d been waiting for 40 minutes. She asked if I was serious and I told her I got there at 2:00 and it’s now 2:40. The employees said but your order is ready. Sometimes our screen in the back doesn’t show all the orders. I saw my order 279 on the front screens for being prepared and being served. But they never gave me my order. I was finally given a refund, but never received an apology for them losing my order, serving other people before me, or anything. Not one apology. Just them again asking what my order was, then getting it wrong, then finally me getting a refund for my order.

Worst Mcdonalds location ever, today’s December 26th 2025, i am a visitor form Dc, wanted to grab something to eat very quick, took me 20 min parked in the drive thru, no one asked me what i want, pulled to the window and the employee was super rude and asked me to back up so she can take my order, then sent me to a parking spot waiting for my simple order. Total 35 min and not even a Hi or a by.

Wow! Had McDonald’s never had the idea that if you keep increasing prices the sales and profit may drop? Well, its the last time, until something is fixed, that l will be a McMoron. Two Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits, two orders of extra bacon and one hash brown = $17.90. No thanks! I don’t need that much convenience.

I came in for just a coffee they had me waiting for about 30 mins and when it was finally ready the manager did not bring the coffee up to the place where people pick up their orders, she just left it in the back. And when I was trying to speak with her she ignored me several times. The service is horrible it’s good when certain managers are there but other managers are absolutely amazing with service while others are absolutely horrible with service.she also wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it??? I also asked for a cup of water and I’m pretty sure she coughed in it so I had to throw it away.
