This location is rarely good and the worst marcos I’ve ever been to on most days. Quite often my order is wrong. They forget to give me sauce cups I payed extra for. The employees are usually extremely rude for no reason. The worst part is I’ve ordered here a dozen times and not once has my pizza ever been sliced!! Who doesn’t want their pizza sliced?? It’s definitely done with intention because when does a pizza not get sliced unless asked to do so? So frustrating.

Every single time I order from this place. They never get my order right unless I go pick it up for myself. Every time it’s delivered, they always forget something. Say they’ll be back, and they never come back. And I tipped them very well every time custom tip, they still get it wrong. How do you get it wrong when I order online?
Just got my order. I actually got my salad this time. But I didn’t get any dressing. And I ordered a side of jalapenos and a cup didn’t get that either. I but at least they remembered the salad, because every time I order a salad, they never bring it. And I just pay for nothing. will not order from this place. I will go to Gino’s in. Ida, they never screw my order up. And their Pizza is great. Honestly lewis pizza is better and made with real ingredients hand made

Got food poisoning from the steak and cheese sub, was sick about 6 hours after I ate. Was so very sick overnight, I’ll spare you the details on that and I feel absolutely terrible as I write this.

I went there ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and Roma seasoning on the crust and a cinnamon bread but when we got home our pizzas had no pepperoni and our cinnamon bread was just plain bread no cinnamon and no icing with it at all they offered the remake my meal or credit my account which was like $24.61 but when I called a few days later they said I only had a $5 credit on my account and I told them I have photos and everything but they were super unwilling to work with me and I gave him another chance today and I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with Roma seasoning on the crust and they didn’t put Roma season on the crust and it sucks cuz this ones closest to me if i want marcos just tired of disappointment

Update: Professional where? all the females in the office no one doing any work? You want things to be professional maybe you should have a talk with all your employees and make some changes in their role or with their attitude AT LEAST! The whole team is a joke. Even the Manager. Never met a group of females more pathetically sad.

I love this Marcos. I drive an extra 10 minutes because they actually give you what you order and honor all deals. Today was my first time a little disappointed. They were small things, but I like parmesan on my crust….so please put it on my crust. Lol. Please cut the pizza through. Efficiency is cool, but quality is better. You all are usually on point. Someone needs remedial training though.

UPDATE: To no surprise there is an automated response sent that addresses the smallest part of my complaint. This isn’t a complaint on your system – It’s a complaint on complete incompetence when you CALL IN as well. I literally said I would pay any amount of money just to add pineapple to the sub and they said THEY CANT DO IT. Please read before you respond – it doesn’t help your look. Thanks.

Their system says 3 toppings can go on a steak sub. If you remove mushrooms and swap for anything else it says error – topping limit reached even if it’s only 2 toppings. There is a glitch in their system and they won’t fix it and have no workaround. FOR MONTHS.
SO I call to order. I simply want pineapple put on this sub. I kid you not – THEY SAY THEY CANNOT DO IT. This is the 3rd time this is happened. I used to order lunch for my company here regularly – NOT ANYMORE. It’s DONE.
Safe yourself time and go to a PIZZA COMPANY that will ALLOW TOPPINGS. I literally said I’m willing to pay any amount of money… I just want pineapple. NOPE. We cannot do that. LOL….What a joke.

Ordered last night, May 26, 2025 pizza was awful most two of the pieces of pizza didn’t even have cheese on them was barely done asked for well done. I have lived in this area for many years. Marcos used to be one of the best pizza places up in this area. I will never order again. It’s truly went downhill
