I was telling a friend today about tiptons bbq and found out they had closed and were replaced by Heavy Smoke. We live several hours away but luckily stumbled onto Tiptons a few years ago. It was the BEST BBQ ribs and chicken we have ever had. Since then we have made several trips just to eat there and take a whole bunch home. Well worth the trip. Hoping the smoking process and final product are still the same.
