Went in & asked for a salad the guy puts full tomatoes on before the lettuce & proceeds to not cut up the tomatoes. Throws a handful of lettuce on there, not much at all. The bowl wasn’t even halfway full (my co-workers saw this as well & I even took a picture). He then throws full pieces of ham on top not cut up, I asked him if they not cut the ham he states, no & I then proceeded to ask him to cut the ham. Very poor customer service and its sad people are halfway doing there job I highly doubt i’m going back to this location. During this whole interaction the manager or shift lead was standing there and never interviend.
This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this subway. Better off going to the others around Maumelle.
Kudos to this new crew! Even my husband commented on how impressed he was with them. They are quick, courteous, and keep the restaurant clean. Keep it up!!
Here’s the situation:
I showed up at the drive thru at approximately 8:50. I placed my order at the touch screen kiosk and then pulled forward to the pick up window. Sat at the pick up window for approximately 8 minutes. Realized that no one was coming to the window so I backed up and walked in the front door and asked, “I placed my order and have been sitting at the pick up window for maybe 5+ minutes. No one came to take payment so I was curious if you got my order?” She responded, “We’ve had some problems with our drive thru and we close at 9:00?” It was exactly 9:00 PM when she made that statement as the clock on the wall indicated. So I asked her if I could place my order inside. She stated, “We close at 9:00”
I just left and when to another organization.
Just food for thought. (No pun intended) 🙂
This could have been handled differently.
Example:
“I’m sorry about your inconvenience. We have had some issues with our drive up window kiosk.
I can take your order if that’s ok?
It’s not hard to turn a situation to a positive. You just have to want to help/serve your customers, not make excuses.
Thank you Nick, you were very impressive.
