Stephen was a great waiter so warm and welcoming, food was on point, they had good music and were always friendly and asking if we needed anything else, this was our first time in Chicago and having people like that makes you wanna come back, great hospitality and atmosphere I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time and great food.

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here! The food was incredibly delicious. Each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care.

Brian the Manager greeted us at the door and held it open for our wheelchair. He had remembered us from prior visits. You are fortunate to have such a person guiding your ship. He is wonderful and his management skills are unmatched. Eric our server was pleasant and attentive. My special thanks as well to the chef. The meals tease the taste buds. Not your normal sandwich or breakfast. Menu items have homemade sauces and special mixtures. I would rate the meals a 15 out of 10. Thank you all for making our visits so pleasant. Judy and Jim

Its located inside the Holiday Inn and shared with the Staybridge Suites, is a fantastic dining spot. Although the Holiday Inn doesn’t have its own restaurant, they provide breakfast coupons for Lake and Land, and it’s well worth it. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the American breakfast and the chicken sandwich. I stayed for 5-6 days and couldn’t get enough of these dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient; I never had to wait long for my meal—always served within 5-7 minutes. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected for a restaurant inside a top-tier hotel. Overall, an excellent place to dine with great food and service!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent, much better than I expected from a hotel restaurant. They have a very wide selection and a very nice bar area as well. I will say the carrot cake was kind of bread pudding type cake, and it was not my favorite, but it was not bad. They were out of the chocolate cake. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone in the area, and I definitely would eat here again. Thank you for a great dinner.

Visited here for a business lunch. Very clean and lovely place. Friendly service. I really liked my steak & potatoes. Bacon was cooked perfectly and the little biscuit was tasty. All the food was really good. We all enjoyed our meals and would return.

We had three interactions with three different workers at our dining experience. There was a male worker who gave us a good serving experience. There were was one specific employee who was a woman with very long hair who I noticed was placing down coffee cups for the next day. She was placing the cups not from the handles but from the rims. So her fingers were inside the cups. Knowing I was about to eat and the fact that I was already drinking water from my cup, I couldn’t help but think that my cup has been fingered inside. I know she did not wash her hands either. Not a good feeling to have before eating. I don’t care if my cup was treated like that but I would rather not know. At least do it when customers aren’t dining at the moment.
I ordered the pasta with chicken and it was SO BLAND. No flavor in the sauce and the chicken tasted like it was cooked by a white person and that they washed it with dawn dish soap in prepping.
The same worker who fingered the cups asked if we were finished with our plates. I said yes, because I couldn’t handle more of the pasta. But my friend still had food on her plate and before she could say that she wanted it boxed up the server grabbed her plate. I will add that it was close to closing so I understand that.
So if you want to eat here at least be cautious about the fact that your silverware and plates/cups were probably touched by hands that were not washed and that the food will have no flavor.
