We had a really solid breakfast experience at Keke’s Breakfast Cafe in Grand Prairie, and we were pleasantly surprised—especially considering it was a Sunday morning around 10:00 a.m., which is peak breakfast time.
Even with 16 people ahead of us, including one large party of 10, our party of four was seated in about 15 minutes, which was impressive. The wait moved efficiently and never felt disorganized or frustrating. That alone set a positive tone for the visit.
Once seated, the waitstaff was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They checked on us consistently without hovering and were helpful with menu questions. The restaurant itself is spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room to accommodate larger groups. The booths are generously sized and could comfortably fit up to six people, making it a great spot for families or group outings.
The menu offers a nice variety of breakfast options, especially for anyone who enjoys sweeter dishes. There are multiple pancake, waffle, and French toast choices, which gave us plenty to choose from. We ended up ordering the French toast with pecans and caramel, the strawberry waffles, and the Nutella French toast—and everything was very good. The Nutella French toast stood out in particular; it was rich, flavorful, and really well done.
Portion sizes were solid and filling, and the food arrived hot and fresh. Overall, the quality matched the experience and made for an enjoyable meal.
Now, full transparency—don’t beat me up for this—I still personally think Waffle House has a slight edge when it comes to that classic flavor and taste I’m used to. That said, Keke’s delivers a great overall experience, from the service and atmosphere to the menu variety, and it’s absolutely a place I’d go back to again.
All in all, Keke’s Breakfast Cafe provides a very good breakfast experience, efficient service even during busy hours, friendly staff, good portion sizes, and a comfortable environment. If you’re in the Grand Prairie area and looking for a reliable breakfast spot—especially for groups—this is definitely one worth checking out.

Everything was wonderful! Michael who sat us was very kind and helpful. Ashley was accomodating to my gluten free questions and so friendly and upbeat! Jeremy in the kitchen went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy what I wanted. I was able to eat the western omelet and french toast made with gluten free bread. I was willing to just do toast with Jelly because the egg wash was not gluten free from cross contamination. Jeremy made a fresh batch. Everything about my first visit here just made my day! I appreciate their kindness and understanding. I will definitely be coming back!

I must say being my first time here to Keke’s cafe OMG it was an amazing experience. The food was amazing as my wife and I are Foodies. The waffles were so good along with the sausage and it was so good I ended up ordering the French Toast and it hit. The icing on the cake was the extremely amazing server named Carisma and we will definitely come back and must have her as our server as she was very attentive and so up lifting loved her spirit.

Loved EVERYTHING about Keke’s!! From when you first walked in, to our server Ashley… and the food?!? SOOOOO GOOD!!! The pancakes are HUGE, honestly fries delicious…. We will DEFINITELY be back!! When good customer service is are, Keke’s is soooooo worth it. ❤️❤️

I love this place. My server Sierra was amazing and took super good care of me. On my first visit here, I tried the combo with eggs bacon sausage and pancakes. There eggs were great and cooked masterfully overmedium. The bacon was amazing and also cooked to perfection. Pancakes were huge , fluffy and also cooked correctly! I will definelty be back.

I ordered the Banana Caramel Pecan French Toast Combo. Satisfied is an understatement. The portion sizes were perfect, and leftovers did go home. The only critique, if you want to call it that, is that I wish the syrup was warm. My bacon was crispy just like I like it, and my home fries were good too. The french toast was delicious. I saw some other items on the menu that I want to try so I’ll be back for sure.
