I really like Perkins. Our server, Valerie, was very nice and attentive. She was diligent when she was taking our order, and made sure check in on us through out our meal. It also seemed like she was helping to train a new server, and from what I could tell, she was doing a really good job! 🙂

We ended up leaving after waiting for over 30 minutes for service. The manager was very nice and sat us quickly. We reviewed the menu and decided on what we wanted and waited and watched the server come to our area and ask others if all was good and take pictures of the family sitting behind us. She never acknowledged we were there, so we left.

Perkins in Longmont deserves a standing ovation, especially Jordan! DoorDash completely messed up my order (as they often do), but Jordan went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn’t Perkins’ fault. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. She not only rectified everything but also surprised me and my family with complimentary pastries.
What an incredible breath of fresh air to see someone who still takes pride in customer service. Jordan turned a frustrating experience into one of the best displays of hospitality I’ve seen in a long time. I’ll be screaming it from the rooftops: Perkins in Longmont is AMAZING.

Ordered some food online. Walked in to get it and absolutely zero employees came to greet me. I waited 5 minutes found my own order. Then some hostess walks out of the back telling me to get around from behind her counter. I paid for this food it’s mine. You should greet your customers as they walk in so you don’t get offended when they have to do your job.

Went Sunday 3/3, my grand daughter’s 4th birthday. My wife’s food and mine was not that great, she had the 55+ turkey and dressing, I had the 55+ fish and chips, mine had no taste and even the tarter sauce didn’t add any flavor, the French fries that come with the meal was sparse. I could only eat two of the pieces of fish, left the third piece. My wife said her dressing had an over powering taste of sage, couldn’t eat it, gravy was just ok and turkey was, meh. Our grand daughter had pancakes which she enjoyed.
They seemed to be short staffed, this was 4:30 Sunday, our waitress finally brought out the food (with a 4 yr old, fast service matters, lol) and that was the last we saw of her. Didn’t come back for drink refills or ask how our dinner was. Had to find her to get the check to pay and leave.
Disappointing at best, won’t be back for dinner.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch today, we ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey dinner as we will be having something different on Thanksgiving. We were served by Holly, she was very kind and did an outstanding job! We also noticed and enjoyed the music being played! We had not visited Perkins for some time but were reminded today that is a hidden gem in Longmont offering delicious meals at a very fair price as well as offering excellent senior discounts on delicious meals! The baked goods are always wonderful too! We’ll be back more often.
