I had visited this location for a good 3 or 4 years with my family even asked my boss come here for our weekly meetings always minor issues because sometimes is busy and not enough servers but understandable because I work for customer service and I know how hard it is to keep everyone happy but this Saturday I was there with some friends for breakfast our server did a amazing job but one of my friend ordered a t bone steak well done we all know the price is almost $20 and you as a customer you are expecting for it to be cooked like you asked well turns out the steak was cooked medium we even have a picture so we nicely ask the server to take it back and please ask the cooks to make well done she come back with the steak again medium cooked at this point we will not ask the server again we just said it’s ok no one will eat it not a big deal BUT a manager came to our table asking us if a Grey van was ours we answered no and since she was the manager I told her about our food and her face was telling me everything i wasn’t asking her replace it even though it was the right thing to do because I was paying for it so at the time to pay she came to the register with a nasty and ugly attitude she ended up giving me a military discount she never apologized for the inconvenience or anything I wasn’t asking her for anything free or discount but this was very unprofessional from a manager

Daniel was amazing! We have a high energy 4 yr old and he never once got frustrated that he was so rambunctious. He made out kids feel comfortable cracked jokes. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!!

All this needed was an egg, biscuit and sausage gravy on the side. My son went here today and he ordered me a Togo plate of biscuit and gravy and a egg on the side. He brings it home and instead of the gravy being in a container it was just slopped on top of the biscuit. The egg was over cooked and burned. Then I noticed there’s no sausage in the gravy. The menu specifically says sausage gravy. So I take my plate back over there at 11PM to get it corrected. They start arguing with me and I had to pull up the menu on the phone to show them the gravy comes with sausage. I also showed him the burned eggs. I asked for a new correct plate. He takes the plate back comes back a few minutes later and asks me if I’m ok paying extra for the sausage. It’s already been paid for. I shouldn’t have to be here right now. It comes with it. He still continued to argue with me. Your staff needs to learn what they’re doing. I left my original plate there and my son should get his money back immediately. This was a $8 meal.

My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast at Denny’s in Missouri City 6131 Hwy 6 South! The food came out quickly, but I must say the waitress made our visit very entertaining and pleasant. Her name is Darrielle W.!!! She kept us laughing and was very attentive to what we needed. Great service from the time we stepped in through checkout!!!

Danny has always been amazing and attentive! He is a big part of why we come to this Denny’s. During my last visit, however, the managerJessica came in and was so rude to an employee in front of customers she made me almost not come back. No one deserves to be degraded and humiliated in front of coworkers and customers for simply having a necklace on. It should have been addressed privately and respectfully! I’m sure if she were making under $3.00 per hour she would have a different perspective on how to treat people

Me and my family eat take out from here often. Always order pick up never dine in. Last night me and my husband ate a late dinner after a long day of business. My onion rings was a up charge because it doesn’t come with the meal I chose. Sure no problem I wanted them i paid for them. When he brought the food home this is what I received. My husband stated there was one cook and one waitress for the night. So I’m sure the work was hard to deal with but this was absolutely unacceptable.45 min wait for this. I didn’t call to complain. Burnt together just as u see it. Couldn’t eat any of it.Please do better next time thanks.
