The outside sitting area was so filthy with dirt and crud all over the seats and tables and when I went and asked for a manager to get someone to come out here to clean it it’s been like 30 minutes and still nobody’s came so I’m just going to go across the street to Burger King maybe they got a better seating area other than that the frappe I ordered was great and the employees all had smiles on their face look like they enjoyed their job so my only complaint would be the dirty tables and chairs and I will attach pictures below

It’s McDonald’s. The food had WAYYY too much sodium. The automated kiosks didn’t work. The atmosphere was much more pleasant when the location used to have a 1950s theme (they got rid of that with a remodel some years back). They air conditioned the place so much it was like eating in a refrigerator.

Out of all the mcdonald’s in our area, which seems to be an overwhelming amount.This one sticks out of the crowd. It is definitely relaxing and laid back. It just seems like a really good place to meet and hang out with people.But yet the food came out quick and precisely the way we ordered it.

Every time I go to this place either my order is wrong or the person is really rude. Every single time I get a caramel macchiato hot it’s half full every single time this time it tastes like I’m drinking a cup of hot water. There are some people there that are very very nice you just have to go at the right time when the managers working at night the gentleman manager everything goes really smoothly and he’s awesome. But sometimes if they get your food wrong and you go in and complain you get yelled at by a certain worker and told that you’re being trespassed and you’re not allowed back on the property just by a normal worker because you went in there cuz your food wasn’t right and instead of firing her they still have her working there it’s just crazy. I took pictures of my half a cup of warm water but it won’t let me post it anywhere.

Hands down, the BEST McDonald’s, when considering all the McD’s in several surrounding cities. I actually drive past other McDonald’s just to go here! The staff is awesome! Restaurant & parking lot kept clean & the best part is the smell! It does NOT smell like frappe maggots, which is so gross but common at other locations.

I tried to go through drive through around 530pm on 11/19 and use my rewards points to get my son a free happy meal. After giving them my code When I went through I was then told it wasn’t registering even though I could show them the coupon on the app and it even took my points. I then called and asked for a number I can contact to report this issue. They then hung up on me so I went back in the restaurant and asked for a number or website that I can contact corporate. They told me they didn’t have a number or anything I can talk to a higher up and told me I needed to leave before they call the cops. This has been the WORST experience I have EVER had at this mcdonalds. Thankfully after explaining my situation another mcdonalds made it right. So needless to say I will never come to this mcdonalds again. I have never been treated so shitty before. If you want great customer service, kindly people, and communication DONT come to this location.

Disgusting restaurant. Not a clean table in the entire restaurant. The floor was just as bad. Our nuggets were hard and cold. They have a big sign saying they honor vet and DON’T give a military discount. This McDonald’s Desperately needs a manager who knows what’s going on !

Had lunch with my mom today. Asked if they were hiring they said yes . To make a long story short . I needed help doing my paperwork online. And no help what so ever . My mom and I will not be coming back to this establishment. We loved the food and the cashier.

You should be thankful to have a job alot of folks are out of work. Customer asked if you would like sugar in coffee or in a big on the side with the coffee? Customer responds in the coffie cream and sugar comes on the side? Customer asked for cream and sugar on the side with the coffee? You get a coffee with sugar in it. America is so wacked out! What ever happened with making Customer smile and HAPPY?????
