Came late at night around 9:35 PM about a little under 30 mins before closing and server greeted me with hostility by the bar and was reluctant to serve me. He refused to get me chips and guacamole claiming you guys didn’t make them despite me having it 2 weeks earlier with the most sincere server ever, and he rushed my meal so he didn’t have to stay just 5 more minutes. I only ordered a grilled cheese and a chocolate milk so he had no reason to rush me like I was ordering a full on meal which would take time to cook. He left me alone for a bit, and then he ordered my dessert which came the second ick when he put it in to go instead of to stay when he didn’t even give me the option to stay, which pissed me off since eating a cheesecake in my car when the staff are still doing prep work inside is ridiculous since I’m not even bothering any of them. He then brought me the bill and closed out my tab as normal, but then after I went to the bathroom, this is what pissed me off the most. He deliberately snatched the merchant copy unsigned while I was in there for barely 2 minutes, and when I was back, only the customer copy was there. This pissed me off and I lowered my tip significantly because of his actions on the only copy he left behind, and left which I had to wait 5 more minutes for a pen which the guy took, manager already left by this point or was in the kitchen. If I see any charges with a ridiculous tip on my card in the coming days, there will be a big problem. But not sure if I’ll return to this location after how I was treated tonight. It was amazing two weeks ago but this week much lacked in my experience.

It was my first time Cheesecake Factory. Their food is pretty mid considering the price but idk if thats bc I got take out. Bonus points for whoever took my order because I requested brown bread and they did it right. Service was nice,no complaints for that. Cheesecake was DELICIOUS but a little bit on the pricer side; I still that its worth it tho. Overall don’t go for th food, go for their cheesecake.

I was just there March 4 2026th for my birthday order salmon dish with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cold. Sent it back to the kitchen to get heated up while I was waiting. The manager did come over and apologize. Food came back out just as cold never saw the manager again. Waitress was in a rush almost like shoving food down our throat to eat faster place was not crowded. It was a Wednesday evening.

Just had dinner here for the first time. Great food. Had the the Thai chicken salad. And of course a slice of s’mores cheesecake. Place was clean and service was great. Michelle L was our server. She was smiling and pleasant. Everything came out on time and hot.

Can’t go wrong with Cheesecake Factory. I like their pastas, but I’ve never found one to be 5 stars. They are a solid 4 stars tho.

One less star, see below… This location is excellent, bright, and clean and nice to visit! The server was busy tonight, and I’m a big water drinker so it’s hard to keep up with me especially when you have to wait more tables than usual but I must say she handled it pretty good! Only a split second with an empty glass lol. The strawberry fritz was presented nicely and with the perfect amount of prosecco as was my Old Fashioned mixed well with plenty Angels Envy. But the highlight was the Chinese salad with salmon and plum sauce, very tasty piled high. The “spicy” shrimp and chicken jumbo was delicious too! Oh yeah the one less star is for the “high end” prices for our drinks… they just don’t align with this kind of restaurant imo sorry! We’ll make sure to come during happy hour next time.

Waitress was great and apologetic. The manager never took the step to talk to our table direct but did offer free slices of cheesecake for me and the birthday girl’s brother in law so that’s why I can give as many stars as I can.
I ordered a burger. Almost the simplest thing you can order from a menu anywhere. BIL ordered the same exact thing minus pickles. We both ordered ours well done. Mine came out rare. His came out medium rare. They did offer to remake our burgers, we opted for just cook the burgers we have to well done. Shouldn’t have taken long at all. But when the burgers came back. Still rare and medium rare with burnt buns. I refused the food after that and so did BIL. The place was not busy. 10 tables taken at any point of time max.
We got to sit and watch everyone else eat and the free cheesecake we couldn’t even enjoy till much later because we hadn’t had dinner.
I’m probably not going back.

The food is delicious but it is a little pricey. The service was an issue because they sat us at our table and it was a while before someone came to take our order and then when the food came out it was room temp like it was sitting out for a while before being brought to the table and I enjoy my food fresh and hot. then when I wanted to pay there was another long wait until I saw the waiter and had to wave him down just to pay so I could leave. the atmosphere is always a good one though. it’s a very pretty restaurant.

Interesting experience. The food definitely was pretty good especially the dessert. The desserts are completely totally insane! The coffee had a funny aftertaste. The salad was good.
