I went to dinner with my girlfriend tonight, and our waitress for today was Amy. We weren’t too sure what to order but she recommended nachos with avocado and pico de gallo, it was very good with a bit of spice. Then we decided to get something sweet after so she recommended chocolate pancakes with banana and strawberries, and as well some crepes with banana and chocolate. It was a very good combo very delicious!! It was a great dinner and i would recommend the place it was well affordable and our server was very friendly and kind. Made our night tonight with the recommendations.

We went on a Tuesday late night and it was pretty dead. We had a lovely server named Samantha. She was so accommodating and helpful to me and my group. We were servers before at this location so we have a fear when going out of being that annoying table. She was very sweet and insured us we were no bother and she was happy to help. The food was mediocre. But her service made it worth the while. Thank you so much Samantha for accommodating us. If you ever go late night, I hope you get to experience her wonderful service.

I was pleasantly surprised tonight with the complete turn around from a disorganized understaffed restaurant to a pleasant, very well staffed, friendly environment that greeted us immediately as we entered the restaurant, we were making it Togo order they were able to do so without hesitation. The two employees jasmine and carlos were knowledgeable and courteous. The manager Birzayit was present and very friendly and available to assist if needed. The General Manager should be ashamed of herself and how she treats her staff. There was an issue with our bill due to a newer employee who charged our bill to another table so they asked us to pay the other tables bill and they would discount to what our price would be. That was fine we had no issues with that my issue is with GM that was present but refused to help her staff. At least 4 employees asked her for help and instead of helping and using it as a teaching lesson she berated her employees and yelled at them and went to her office and at this time she still didn’t help us the poor girl was clocked out and the GM had her still working trying to figure it out but she couldn’t cause she was off the clock and I don’t think her card worked to apply the discount that the GM told them to do. During this whole time we find out this poor girl has been clocked out. The General Manager should have stepped up and took charge of this situation and never have spoken to her employees in that way it was so disgusting and disappointing to witness. Finally 20min later she finally came to help and what do you know she was able to do it in less then a minute. This should have been taken care of by the GM from the start especially since she was present. Not only did we have to wait other customers were unable to pay and were upset as well. I will say our server and the other staff that tried to help went above and beyond to help us they do not deserve to work for management like this. I truly hope this is investigated that whole experience was unnecessary. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss in more detail. First time having a meal in American Denny’s. The diner was deserted by the time we were there, which was a good thing so we could have the meal in peace. Just as what we expected, the portion was huge. Surprised to get a full plate of salad as appetizer lol. Enough to be a meal on its own. My colleague found his beef steak was pretty okay. I opted for American classic biscuits and gravy because I was curious about it (hard to find one outside the US). This one was a miss – the gravy wasn’t special, bland even. Perhaps it’s just my expectation that was a bit too high.

I was surprised that Dennys had so many great dishes to choose from. Our waitress Alani was very good. She really gave us good service and suggested we try the nachos which were great. I can’t wait to go back and request her again!

My eggs, hash browns and toast were all burned. As were the seasoned fries and bacon. Not cool to send food out like that. It took about 15 minutes to be seated and another 40 minutes AFTER placing our order to receive our food. The manager on duty didn’t seem to be operating the restaurant very well.

Stopped by for a quick meal while traveling. Although there were many people and the restaurant was full, they sat us down quickly. I ordered the lumberjack breakfast and it did not disappoint. The food was hot, fresh, and very delicious. The server, Alexis, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I will certainly be back.

Showed up and was pretty slow. Ordered and got our food 30 mins later. Kids mac was obviously microwaved, clumpy, cold and warm in places. Milk was not cold. Messed up the other 2 kids orders. Items all arrived cold or luke warm, french toast to cold for butter to melt on. Toast with butter pre melted and cold. Steak omlette with sliver of steak. Even for a denny’s this well below the bar. Insane to drop 90 bucks on reheated leftovers.
