Stopped by this place near the airport expecting a quick meal, but I was really disappointed. The environment felt unfriendly from the moment I walked in. When they overheard that the table was dirty under the table, the staff casually told me they can’t clean it. That’s a pretty weak excuse for any restaurant.The chicken I ordered was slightly burnt and dry, lacking any real flavor. It didn’t taste fresh, and the whole meal felt like it had been sitting around too long.

The food was good and filling, the service was great, and the cooking area was spotless. 4 year old loved the teriyaki chicken. Negatives bathroom is out of order, and the tables were sticky. All in all, if I lived nearby, I would come back again.

I had ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki and was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The chicken were burned and there were not spicy at all. It costed $2 extra for it to be spicy but it was not spicy at all. The food were not in good portions and they brought it out in a very big plate to made you feel like the food is huge but it is not. The portions are small and disappointing for the price. The table were sticky and the sauce bottles are very sticky.

Best chicken teriyaki I have had in a long time. Teriyaki Wok is my go to teriyaki place. They are friendly, never too busy, and food is always really good.

Great & straightforward customer service. The food comes out hot, fresh, and fast; utensils & napkins come prepared in the bag and the portions are enough for one. The dine in is flawed due to short staff but isn’t too bad, would recommend self serve cleaning supplies for tables 🙂

A male and female employee smoke a ton of cigarettes every day (I see them…) and they throw them in the sidewalk and street.
This is a decent family neighborhood and they should dispose of their trash properly…
I’d give them negative stars for making the community that is supporting their families look like a dump.
I clean the street because these inconsiderate people don’t care.
They should be ashamed….

Good price and the food tasted right. Teriyaki is evidently Japanese. Wok is really a Chinese cooking ware. I believe it’s operated by Korean. So yeah, Asian food. The portion was pretty decent. From ordering to picking up the food to go, I waited maybe 5-7 minutes so the service was quite fast.

The teriyaki is ok. The sweet & sour chicken is a rip off. They try and say its crispy. When really it’s the bottom of the bag chicken that has hardly no meat on it and the meat that is on it is hard and over cooked by the time it gets finished cooking. They literally are using the bottom of the bag for the sweet and sour or they probably get a good deal when they buy the chicken that way from their supplier. When they say its crispy what they really mean is fried batter with very little meat that is hard and over cooked. I found maybe 4 good pieces of chicken that were good to eat. It is not just this time. I have ordered it about 4x now and its the same gross chicken. They need to go buy an order from wakus. That is what sweet & sour chicken should be like. Both the chicken and sweet & sour are so good. They have to know that they are serving this garbage and telling people its just crispy knowing its trash chicken. Gross

We moved to the area a couple of months ago, and we had made this our regular teriyaki spot. We will probably stop going, though, as the owners were always kind of cold towards us, and they apparently don’t take phone calls/hang up on you if you try calling to place an order in the evening. It’s super unfortunate because I don’t get home until around 7, so we can’t really call earlier. We could go in-person, but we like to eat at home sometimes, and besides, why should customers be forced to eat IN the restaurant after a certain time?? All of that mixed with the other reviews mentioning their swearing at customers, racism, and littering is more than enough to keep us away for good.
