Went back again 4-4-2025. Still a decent place for budget friendly meals. I tried the Greek combination plate. It was good. But most of all, our waitress Melanie was an excellent waitress. Catered to our every needs. Always smiling and making you feel welcomed. Give the girl kiddos and some praise.))))))
I get there the cashier said $18.51 I asked her why was it that price and all she can say is she didn’t know , but I did order an extra ranch. I said ok, that was a $1.00. She asked the cook and he said there has been an up charge, when on the online menu it said update 2 days ago. I paid the $15.80 for the salad a gave her an $2.71 tip because it pops up when you us your Debit card. In my mind, I’m thinking, why am I tipping the cashier. She didn’t cook me anything, service me at a table or anything, but okay. I get to my car, look in the bag to make sure I got my extra ranch. Looked at my Chef salad and I had a whole tray full of lettuce, 2 grape tomatoes, 2 peppers, 2 olives and no Swiss cheese, only American that you can tell it was a slice of cheese and they cut it up and put it on the salad. My turkey amount was very small, I guess because I said no ham on it . I can tell they make their own ranch which is okay, but they put way too much salt in it. Too salty.
Servers are always friendly, makes dining here an easy decision. Taste buds like coming here, how about yours?
Took a seat and a menu & a glass of ice water were on the table in seconds.
Usually go with a gyro first time in a new place – as a frame of reference – but the spinach pie & small Greek salad seemed good.
Salad showed up about a minute later. Lots of pickled beets ( ) but only one slice of cucumber, a half slice of tomato & one pepper. No onions, but lots of iceberg lettuce and dressing (on the side by default).
Spinach pie arrived a moment later looking delicious. Turns out it was a bit plain and the phyllo crust was beyond the capability of the butter knife to get through.
The place is very typical restaurant looking, generic.
