This particular Long John’s is actually one of the best we have visited. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any needs requested. Our food is always freshly fixed, hot when brought out and delicious as expected. The overall restaurant is clean and fresh, including the outside area. However the bathroom is in great need of upgrades and repairs, but the staff is doing a great job keeping them clean. We drive over 25 miles to eat here but find it is well worth the trip. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work. Definitely will recommend this location to everyone looking for a fish fix.

To the Ownership of this LJS. This Long John Silver’s has been here at South Williamson as long as I can remember. My Dad would bring me here for great meal and memories. I am 46 and my Dad is 74. I heard that this Location will not open back up.. Please bring back this LJS location even if you have to Combine it with KFC like most of them in Ohio. This is the only LJS close to us. You could lease the building and move it up on the hill at the mall.

I placed an order online Dec 10th 2024 now I live 2 hrs away my husband was picking it up on his way back home but the store was closed due to a problem with the water so my order went through and paid for 50 dollars I called the store the young girl told me they would make it that evening I explained it’s impossible we can’t drive back to pick it up I asked for a refund she had no idea how to fix it so I have called several times to speak to manager and never is the manager there So this LJS took my money it’s a shame bc we ate here a lot when my husband would travel to KY for work but be cautious ordering online!! Another time before I called to place a order the guy lied said they was closed but they were open he didn’t want to be bothered and so his job Don’t waste ur time at this location

Food is sometimes greasy but it is ALWAYS HOT. Freshly fried. I enjoy grabbing a piece of fish when I’m in the area. Not impressed with any of LJS sides. But that should not reflect on this store. Hush Puppies are always fresh and flavorful here.

Food was greasy and the grease tasted old. The staff was nice but the ice machine was down. The man behind the counter brought a pitcher of ice to fill our cups. Well…he wasn’t wearing gloves. Ice fell on his hands and the just shook it off into my friend’s cup. I declined ice.

I recently stopped here while staying in Williamson. I went through the drive-through, so can’t comment on the interior. The drive through service was good and reasonably quick. The food itself was what you’d expect from any Long John Silvers. It was what I was looking for. No complaints.

Picked up lunch at the drive thru on August 25…less than 2 hours after the store opened. The fish was decent but the fries and shrimp were obviously not fresh, it seemed as though they’d been in the warmer at least a day. Quite disgusting and pathetic for this establishment to serve something that was 100% not made that day.

The manager needs to be more attentive and less of a jerk. Customers orders wrong and he refuses to correct when recipr is presented. I watched this several times while waiting on my order. Not a good way to get repeat business or to keep mine.
