The people who work there are very nice but the fact that I paid for delivery and they didn’t offer to reimburse me when I had to go back up there to get a Pizza that wasn’t burnt. Just really doesn’t sit well with me. Considering i work in the food industry, I just don’t think that was fair. They did replace the Pizza and they were extremely nice. But the whole point of me having it delivered was because I was in a lot of back pain, but I also didn’t want them to redeliver it. And then we have the same problem. So I went to get it, but they didn’t offer to reimburse me at all. For my delivery fee which is a lot more than going to pick it up

We were looking for pizza place that was open after 11. Found this place. It was really good! The pizza was fresh and tasted really good. Nice chewy crust good pepperoni and the cheese amount was perfect. We didn’t order extra cheese. But the real star was the garlic knots! They were so freaking good. Tons of garlic and butter. No one ever gives enough in my opinion, but these guys nailed them. Everyone was super friendly too. We’ll return when we’re in the area.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the food and service is always great! I like this location and the staff always gets my order correct. The best thing for me is that they have the option for well done bake, square cut, garlic crust, extra sauce, all at no extra cost. The sauce is good and the pizza is crisp. Five Star is a great option when craving pizza !

I grew up with Five Star, being an original Gainesville native. I was happy to see Five Star come to Bradenton shortly after I moved here, but sad that it’s on the opposite side of town. Please build one in Lakewood Ranch or thereabouts!

Their pizza and service never disappoints. They always have a sale running and you can get from a small pizza to pizzas for an entire football team. What’s impressive is how quick they make your pizza and deliver it. In under 25 mins we got a 24 inch “ the meats” pizza delivered to our work place, it was hot and piping and really good quality.
