Very nice and polite staff. Very clean restaurant. Great prices. The best McDonalds I’ve ever been in. I’m in Daytona for the Daytona 500 and I’ve spent most of my time here, outside seating area, giant American flag flying proudly. I’m from South Carolina, the McDonalds there in my home state needs to take lessons from this location. Very satisfied.

I stood at the counter for 7 minutes before someone came to the register.

Joan: Is this dine in or take out?

Me: Take out

Joan: hmmm… we’re going to have to wait for her. (As if I knew who her was)

Me: well I’ve been waiting 7 minutes for you so do you think you could get someone to help me? ( Everybody has to learn but if you can’t distinguish between dine in and take out you shouldn’t be alone at the register).

Joan then walks to the back & returned with an employee who was very knowledgeable and efficient and also wearing what I would call a cast/boot on her foot.

She then takes my order with no issues. However she tells me she cannot give me a receipt because they ran out of receipt paper and if I want one she would have to go all the way to the back. I explained to her that I needed my receipt and she went to the back and returned with it.

Now mind you, there was one woman waiting, I’m the first in line and there is a man in a power wheelchair behind me. The woman waiting was upset because it had been over 15 minutes and she had not received her order.

I received my order (warm at best) and begin eating my breakfast. I was nearly done with my breakfast and the man in the wheelchair had still not received his order which by the way was just a coffee! He finally went to the front and asked about his order and several minutes later his coffee was finally delivered.

As for the atmosphere I’ve posted two pictures, that speak for themselves. Not sure why I didn’t take other pictures of the dirty floor & tables. I’m sure that the picture of the half full half gallon of milk on the table sets the tone.

All in all I guess you could say this McDonald’s makes Burger King look like the four seasons

Ok, so we don’t do chains much but since it’s been a minute since we’ve been to McDonald’s and we were getting a free Big Mac by ordering on their app…we thought we’d give our wallets a break and give them a try. Not bad, not great just average but still more reasonable than dining out for burgers these days. Most restaurants are now getting away with selling burgers for at least $15 which we often end up paying. Anyway, McDonald’s still has decent food at decent prices. Fries seem to be much less saltier than they used to be (which is fine with us). We had to ask for extra napkins and were told “they’re in the bag”). On the plus side, we ordered from the app and they brought it to our table (in a bag?!?).On the negative side we had to ask for condiments and napkins as there is nothing out in the restaurant including soda/water.

Overall I’d give a 5 except it seems the ice cream machine is ‘broke’ almost every time I choose to drop in All is well. God knows I didn’t need it anyway. The people are Great !!

This location is my local McDonald’s, and I visit it at least five times a month—I know this from my app history. Unfortunately, three out of those five visits my order has been made completely wrong, even after I clearly repeated it and confirmed it again at the first window.

I don’t expect luxury-level service from a fast-food restaurant, but this experience is beyond disappointing. The manager, Ali, is very aggressive and refuses to take accountability for his team’s mistakes. I understand that errors happen, but how those mistakes are handled is extremely important. On multiple occasions when I tried to communicate about the incorrect orders, he actually yelled at me. His employees also seem frustrated with his management style.

I am very disappointed with how I was treated. He abused his authority and retaliated against me simply because I asked for a refund. I strongly advise avoiding this location.

Been here for 25 min. Never come here!
Sat in drive thru for 10 min with no order taken. Came inside had to ask for a cashier. And waited another 15 min. Everyone is so confused. Feel bad working for this manager/franchise owner. Place sucks

Morning staff today is clueless. The cashier had no idea on how to process the previous customer’s order. The manager to assist. My order was of the numbered meals. The cashier struggled taking my order. It was “to go”. I received the wrong order.

It took over half an hour to get an order of nuggets and fries and a drink, and that is after placing them online and parking. I ordered 22 minutes before I got here so in total it took an hour for me to get my food. I probably could have sat down somewhere and get my food faster. Also the drive thru is unorganized so there is no way to get to the curbside parking without a risk of your car and others cars. Over all just a bad experience and I wish it could have been better. In the end I had to go in and get my order after waiting half an hour at curbside.

This McDonald’s location and also one other one I just came from . The dining rooms are literally freezing .It’s elderly folks sitting in the dining room with all their coats on. You would think that McDonald’s would at least have the decency to keep room temperature in their establishments. Everyone in the kitchen are wearing coats as well. I asked if they could please adjust the temp in the dining room , I was told they don’t control that . So each store isn’t even allowed to adjust the temp. for their guests. This is the new America for everyone, get used to it seniors .

How in the heck is an online order not ready when placed 10 minutes before I got to the drive thru?? Now sitting in reserved parking waiting on my order. Whole reason I place online orders is to avoid this. Crazy work McDonald’s idk if I’ll be back.
