I seen a lot of bad reviews HOWEVER, I decided to give them a shot, placed large order, they had order ready when I picked it up, they greeted me, I opened everything in front of them since there was a lot of bad reviews, found everything good! Wings had plenty of sauce, they even put a extra side of ranch, everything was cooked correctly, had multiple flavors quantity and flavors where correct, place was clean, good service, so, give them a shot, 100% good, darker pictures of food, but flavor was full!!
The only down side I can say was I placed a call and no one answered, but again 100% good and awesome flavor!

I noticed that most complaints from this location is all about “the sauce”. I am from LA and this location is the closest to where I’m staying at. So I figure give em a try.
I specifically asked for my wings to have an extra sauce. Wet! Cashier even put “wet” on the receipt. But when I got home and looked at my order. Yes it is coated with sauce alright but that is not wet! I brought home some dried up
chicken … So technically, the SKIN is tasty with it’s sauce, but the meat is bland and tasteless. And I paid $60 – $70 for a tasteless meal. If wingstop are on a budget and stingy about the sauce, offer to charge extra. I’m sure people like me don’t really mind paying extra for the sauce. Hell, you’re already charging extra for the dipping sauce, you mind as well charge us all the way.
This location is out of their damn minds. NEVER AGAIN!

We always order at our local Wingstop and never had an issue until today. We ordered yesterday and it was the only meal we ate. My husband order BIG so we didn’t have to cook yesterday. I ate all of my original hot and 1 BBQ. My husband ate 2 of his hot wings and most of the BBQ. We both are sick today with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Mine is worse than his, so I am assuming it was the hot sauce.
This has NEVER been an issue before. It won’t stop us from eating there, unless it happens again.

the manager at this establishment is the rudest person i’ve dealt with in fast food all i asked was to use the coupon and she just says no ,no explanation then basically waves her hand like to dismiss me that she’s done i just wanted to know why i couldn’t use it when it says on it desert hot springs when i was in school places did the fundraiser to raise money so i don’t understand why they’d be on the coupon if they don’t take it ,coupon aside there’s a way to talk to people and not be rude i didn’t even want to continue to order and get something when i went there cause i wanted that place in particular the coupon was just a bonus i thought i was getting and she made it so unpleasant an unwelcoming i just left Yahira was her name if you don’t like customer service don’t work in it especially as a manger !!

I ordered through the app, which after I was done the order was over 70$. And I had to wait for an hour before receiving my food. Which one of the food items where a chicken sandwich, and a 6-six piece chicken nugget combo, but however they where not inside the bag. I tried calling, but the phone was not getting picked up, kept calling and calling but still, nobody picked it up. Such potential in a restaurant chain, but doesn’t do anything with it. I Can get better service in its other competitors.

This place is a joke. Their website will not allow orders to be placed. Manager says they can not take orders over $25 for delivery or carryout. I told her I’ll pay for it over the phone and they said no. Their rating makes sense now. Refusing paying customers is a quick way to go out of business.

This place will not last. Order online for pickup and the order is never ready when I arrive. I’ve shown up 45min after placing an order and they didn’t even start it yet. This was a new location so we have been patient but no progress has been made. Staff looks annoyed. Lobby is hot n stuffy. Typical DHS mediocre experience.

Food quality is alright. Most of the time the staff ignores my well-done fries request. Though it annoys me that it says that they’re open til 2am but shut off online orders at around 11:40pm and ignore all calls.
