This was my first time at Bonefish Grill, and while we ordered a lot of food, it didn’t impress me much. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service provided by Keith. His passion for his job is evident, and he embodies the best qualities of a company ambassador. If I ever return to this establishment, it would be solely for two reasons: the spicy martini and Keith’s outstanding customer service.

My mom and I have been to this bonefish grill location many times in the past but haven’t been there in a while. Today, we were very satisfied with our visit back. The food was satisfying with a specific emphasis on the bang bang Wednesday shrimp being one of our absolute favorites and MUST-HAVES any time that we go.
In particular, hospitality from two different employees made the visit very special & comfortable. 1.) there was a greeter at the door (I didn’t catch his name) but he was a black guy and really set the tone with a wonderful & friendly greeting. Overall, he had a very nice mannerism that was easy to be greeted by and that was super appreciated. Next, we had a super waiter, Keith who was so accommodating, patient and helpful with our entire experience. Keith was phenomenal and both these men exemplify that there are still amazing people out there in the hospitality and food service industry.

Went to Bonefish for the first time ever… I had an amazing experience at the Iselin location!! All the staff members were amazing the host, Phil , John & GM Ana all had great energy and made it really great experience for me and my friend. Thank you ❤️

I stopped by on a Monday about 330pm. Keith was my waiter. He was very nice and offered some suggestions on the menu. I had no idea they had happy hour from 3-6pm. Martinis and Margaritas were $5. I ordered 3 Strawberry martinis and they did not disappoint! For lunch I had Salmon, asparagus, and jasmine rice. Everything was so delicious. Food, Drinks, and service was a 10/10.

I’m a huge fan of Bonefish and this location did not disappoint. The food was great as always but the service definitely stood out compared to other locations. Staff is very hospitable, our server Nick was extremely helpful in navigating menu options and was very attentive to our table.

My husband and I always have a wonderful experience at Bonefish. The food is great, the customer service is absolutely top tier. We’ve been coming here over 15 years. No matter if we were enjoying fine dining in the parking lot during Covid to enjoying their monthly events they host which are very memorable and such a delight.
Although we never had a bad experience with a server. Our favorites are Chris and Keith. You will never be disappointed. Oh! Let me not forget to mention my girl Ana GM who walks around to make sure all guest are okay and enjoying their time while dining at Bonefish.
