We love Goodcents but will never go to this one again. The block your view so you can’t see them making your sandwich.
Sandwich 1 – no cheese (asked and she even confirmed pepperjack twice), no Jalapeños, no banana peppers, no bacon… all that were asked for.
Sandwich 2 – asked for extra mayo and onions… received a couple slices of onion and almost no mayo.

I love Mr. Goodcents but this location is terrible. I thought it was just bad the first time. The second time around was horrible. Their soda machine is sticky and looks unsanitary. Customer service does not have a welcoming vibe. The lady working asked me what I would like on my sandwhich and I told her a little bit of everything because that’s what I get at subway. She laughed and looked at me and said “okay”. To me that’s just rude but maybe she doesn’t understand how customer interactions work. She will need training and also the guy, he’s rude too. They’re greedy with the amount of meat they add on the sandwiches. I got two slices of meat. Terrible location.

My family easily narrowed down our contraction of norovirus from this goodcents. I would avoid this location for the season, at least. Also, the sandwiches were missing ingredients, bread and cookies were stale. There’s better places to go for sure. But the most important thing is the sanitation, we 100% got the awful stomach virus from here. One of the employees must have had it and was still a carrier while prepping food.

This is the WORST GOODCENTS I have ever been to and will never go back. My sandwich had hardly any meat, spare cheese, old bread that was wet and damp with random onion juices. I asked for extra olives and got a total of maybe six olive slices on the entire sandwich. The meat was dry and smelled odd, so after taking one bite of onion water bread and strange meat I ended up spitting it out and threw my sandwich away. This place hides their dress table so that you can’t see them making your sandwich, which I have never seen at any location. CORPORATE GOODCENTS needs to take this location’s franchise license away. So if you’re looking for a great GOODCENTS sandwich and you’re at this location, stop, get back in your car and go east on 87th and hit up the 87th and Antioch location instead.

Value for the money continues to decline here. If the sandwich is a cheese mix, the cheese should not be sliced so thin that it’s literally transparent. Also ordered standard dress (less lettuce) add mayo and both sides of the bread were completely dry. My fiance brought home this disappointing version of my order or I would have addressed it at the time.
