I had to turn around and return because they forgot 2 of my 4 sandwiches. Which then made everything cold by the time I got home.
Went here today to give it another shot. Ordered curbside. Waited 15 minutes in hot sun for 2 happy meals and a frappe. Well,fries cold and no apples in one had a small fry no apples in other. When I went to get the hot fries she gave Itty bitty fries and apples in both by this time frappe melted. Not returning to this location
Ok went again tonight. Had to call because they forgot a mcchicken then had to go back to store because my quarter w/cheese was raw. They made a new one that just crumbled when I showed they made another one same result. I said that they need to check settings on grill cause he must be cooking on 10:1 instead of 1/4. They wouldn’t fix problem. In pics you’ll see and they only put 1 slice of cheese. Manager Shane hid in office instead of dealing with me or problem.

Waited for 20 minutes for my food after they parked me. They gave me the wrong drink so I went inside to get the correct drink and no one would help me. People walked by they would glance at me, but I guess it was not their job to help anyone standing at the front counter. So I was just ignored and just left the incorrect drink on the counter and walked out. It was easier to stop at another restaurant and get a drink instead of waiting for someone to hopefully eventually help me there. I will not be back to this location.

As a food service professional myself I understand being understaffed. I also understand that holiday season is busy and people do take time away to go with their families. But being blatantly unprofessional and uncaring about your guests, is intolerable. On the night of December 27th, 2025, I went to the McDonald’s location on White Horse Road around 11:15. I pull up to the drive-thru after two other cars ahead of me had pulled off after only sitting at the drive-thru menu for about 2 minutes. I pull up to the menu board and I’m told that the restaurant is understaffed, but they would be with me very shortly. After waiting in the Drive-Thru line at the menu board for approximately 25 minutes, I noticed at least four guests that had just pulled up and walked into the restaurant, had gotten service, before they could even took my drive through order. Being ignored and outright disrespected in this way is completely unacceptable. After being ignored for an excessive amount of time, I decided to pull away from this location and drove around to the front, only to see that the staff members were just standing around behind the counter as if they didn’t care about their jobs or the guests that were patiently waiting in their drive-thru line. I went to a location less than 3 miles away and was served in under 5 minutes, from drive-thru order being taken, to getting my order from the second window. The location at Whitehorse Road needs some serious restaffing and retraining on the principles of professionalism and customer service.

You can judge a place by the restroom. Only 2 people there during lunch hour. Used restroom first. Both restrooms out of paper towels. Ladies room had tp strewn around the floor. Doubt if trash was collected recently. Needless to say, didn’t eat there.

I went to this McDonald’s and spent around $41 on my order — a Quarter Pounder, a Double Quarter Pounder, a McChicken, a 6-piece Chicken Nuggets, and a Caramel Frappe, with drinks for the burgers.

When I got my food, the only things right were the drinks and the single Quarter Pounder. Instead of what I actually ordered, they gave me a Filet-O-Fish, a Cheeseburger, and a 10-piece Nuggets. Not even close to what I paid for.

Really disappointing experience, especially for the price. I hope this specific McDonald’s location improves its accuracy, and honestly, I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here.

Waited about 40 minutes for 2 double cheeseburger and fries. They had about 9 workers in the back and were not busy at all. Just a lot of standing around, and asked me 3 times what my order was. Terrible service. Normally other mcdonald’s do a great job but not this one.

Received an incorrect item from an order about a week prior, notified the restaurant about it. Received an email from the GM Shane, he handled it wonderfully by giving me an entirely free order of my choosing. That’s how you handle a customer complaint properly. Props to Shane and the wonderful employees here.

They forgot my drinks (dine in) and no one was attending to the register. People were walking out and being ignored. I had to speak to someone walking by so that I could finally get my drinks. So unorganized. Unless if you have an hour to spare don’t come here. Looks like they only prioritize drive thru
