AWFUL is the best way to describe it. Not sure if it was because it was take out but my burger was beyond dry and my toppings were missing. First time here. Never again. Not for those prices.

Went to Five Guys tonight (Tues. 6:15pm) The manager replaced an order that wasn’t right the first time I came here. She was very polite and also threw in some fries n drink for my inconvenience. The meal was beyond delicious❣ If u want a REAL Burger n great fries, go to Five Guys you won’t b disappointed!

My son has never been to five guys so I told him if he wins his basketball game I’ll bring him there so directly after a couple auditions and they did win their game I took them to Five Guys we enjoyed our time there good food the hamburgers were nice and thick well done the cajun fries are awesome everybody was great the service was great the only problem I had was it was very chilly in there

Well the serve was not good. I ate here once in 2017. Haven’t had five guys since cause it was the first time I ever had it and it’s still something I can’t get out of my head. It’s just expensive garbage. Red Robin is better

I was there tonight and they lost my order not even there the floor were so dirty with gloves, fries, and everything else and The burger didn’t even have any kind of seasoning on it or it just didn’t taste like nothing. I’m very disappointing in order $34 or for a double burger, small burger with bacon , and a large fry and a soda.

Like where is the flavor? No salt, no pepper, the patties are tasteless! I’m not saying OD on the seasonings but I definitely remember FG burgers having some flavor! This is the second time I’ve noticed the burgers from this location being BLAND.

Well whenever I want a juicy Banfield Burger I always go to five guys at first to me they seemed a little expensive but the food is worth it for about 20 bucks you can feed two with nice french fries two nice burgers the way you like it and you even get free peanuts yes they also give you a free bag of peanuts to go or to eat while you’re there and you’re fortunate enough to be able to fill the shells on the floor and smash them I don’t know what that’s all about but I guess it’s part of the logo over all the places a great place to eat the atmosphere is usually clean and the meat is always fresh
