Went in the drive through to order a kids meal first got told the didn’t have any of the boo baskets but only regular kid meal box’s . Ok that’s fine then after 5 minutes of silence from the person taking my order they come back to tell me they can’t make the kids meals at all ordered a 10 piece medium meal 2 Mchickwns 2 medium fry’s and a 4A medium crispy that came to a price of “34dollars” when on the app all of the same stuff I ordered only came to 28 so why was I charge 34 when the same stuff I got on the app only costed 28 and not 34 dollars !

I just wanna know where the manager of this place is when the food is constantly like this. The McDonald’s in crystal river and the one in lecanto never serve old food. The McDonald in dunnellon is disgusting and serving old food that you can tell been siting for awhile. Spent 15$ just to throw it away this isn’t the first time fix the dunnellon location

We almost exclusively order through the app and pickup in the drive through, and each time we have gone to this location they have given our order to a car in front of us in line and we have to wait for them to remake the order. Fortunately, the food quality has never been a problem, its just inconvenient when we place an order online to make things go quicker and we end up having to wait longer than if we had just ordered at the speaker.

Stopped in a little after 5pm on Thursday. Immediately had to use the restrooms. They had just mopped and cleaned, wet floor sign out.
After restroom I walked to order and was immediately greeted by an associate wearing a vintage McDonald’s shirt.
She asked me if I had a mobile order number, I did. I ordered.
Drink station was stocked, condiments were not there but I asked for ketchup and was given some immediately.
Food came out fast. Hot and fresh. Decently busy at this location but I didn’t feel rushed.
Overall good food experience.

This McDonald’s wouldn’t take drive thru orders. Cars were backed up and we sat at the order board for 15 minutes and never got our order taken. Had to go inside. They told me they were too busy to handle drive thru. There were 4 people in the lobby. Definitely never a manager on duty who pays attention. Smh

We ordered on there app, they refused to answer the speaker then we had to wait 10 min for the person at the window to acknowledge us. Then they informed us they were out of the apple pie, we couldn’t do any drink but water but because we ordered thru the app we would still be charged for two sodas he went to sayore but at that point I just asked to cancel my order. He said he couldn’t because it was a third party (I used McDonald’s own app) that I had to go through them and wait 7 days for a refund. This restaurant has been going down for a while

Sadly this would have been higher if the soda machine and other screens were working or readable. It’s like almost everything in this McDonald’s is broken. However it was clean and people friendly.
