Earlier today, I had the worst bowl of my life. Never before have I had uncooked rice in my bowl until today.
I took a few bites and kept hearing a crunch and something hard against my teeth. It made chewing unbearable. I examined the bowl closely and saw a few spoonfuls of uncooked rice mixed in with the cooked rice.
I threw the whole bowl in the trash, the rice ruined it.

Made an online order and they forgot to give me salad dressing, so I had to go back and get it. When I finally returned home to eat they messed up my order, and the steak had a lot gristle. Portions were small as well. My burrito was the size of a chilito. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but it will be the last time I eat there!

I like the barbacoa but only when it’s fully “cooked”. When it’s not fully cooked all you get it big chunks which are full of fat and membrane. Last time I went half the meat was not edible I should of returned it or said something but I took it to go, that is why only 4 stars

All the workers were great except one. I understand a RBF and also understand that working in service sucks. But you don’t have the make everyone around you miserable just because you are. I was given maybe 3 bites of food in terms of portions after it took her a full minute to put her gloves on. No hello no you’re welcome no manners. I wasn’t rude and didn’t say much other than thank you. All I ask is for some type of courtesy. If you can’t handle people, get back in the kitchen. $25 worth of food should be way more than what I received.

We used this location for a catering order. They got everything right, and it was all delicious (rave reviews from our party guests). Room for improvement: food was not ready at the requested time. It was about 25 minutes late getting out to us. The takeaway is to set a pickup time a half hour before you really need it. Other than that, good work Harrison Ave Chipotle!

Stopped in last night after leaving the new Cooper’s hawk restaurant for wine tasting and had the taste for Chipotle bowl. Well everything went well. They were at the last of everything. This Chipotle is by far the best. There is a location a half a mile from my house but I will always go the extra distance to get my food from the one on Harrison avenue. Other locations skimp on all of their ingredients. This location gives you such large portions and doesn’t skimp on any ingredients. If I had to say anything negative about this place it would only be the parking. It is a very busy parking lot with tight spacing.
