This is our second time trying this his location. It was ok before so I wanted to try it again. I got the vegetable spring rolls and half and half. The spring rolls and they had an odd taste. Not what I’m typically used to and seemed like it was near or cooked with seafood. I only took 2 bites and threw the rest away. My partner liked the half and half but it didn’t taste like anything special. Everything was over priced for the quality and amount of items we ordered. The customer service was also lacking. I understand it’s a carry out but the quality of food is not here.

Menu is 25% subs and the rest Chinese Carry out. The steak sub was just OK. “With everything” apparently means onions, no peppers, mayo, the steak, and a slice of American cheese that was not melted, lettuce and tomato. Little space to eat in the shop. Counters are broken and not kept clean. Counter person took her time acknowledging my presence and was not generally friendly. I believe this location is new, hopefully they will work the bugs out.

Let me start by saying that I enjoy quality food and great customer service. Kenny’s Sub Shop is by far one of the worst. My experience was a bitter sweet one, because it started out great until I purchased chicken that tasted like it had been sitting out for days and the inside looked rotten. I played it cool. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the workers, (she’s usually the only one at the front) and told her about my experience. I told her that I didn’t want my money back I just wanted to inform them of my experience. She said “I’m sorry”. In my mind it was no problem and I knew I was never getting chicken from there again. Moral of the story I will not be eating there ever again, but good luck to anyone that decides to eat there. I suggest checking your food before you leave

Their food (at least what I’ve gotten from there) is pretty good but they sometimes overdo it with salt. I ordered a steak and cheese sub from there last week and it tasted as if the guy fixing the food dumped several tablespoons of salt on the steak and the fries. Another disappointment is the way that they prepare their sweet and sour pork. They do not include green/red peppers, onions and pineapple chunks in theirs, as many other Chinese joints do. You just get chunks of breaded, fried pork and rice; you have to ask them to put anything additional in. But overall, they’re still one of the better Chinese restaurants I’ve been to.

Ordered Bean Curd Szechuan as I always do, but this time it was the absolute worst. No flavor undercooked and mushy. This was my go to place for this but I will no longer be purchasing. The only reason they get 1 star is because the eggrolls were decent.

Ordered delivery. Got here in 25 minutes when the est. time was an hour because they were busy. Food very hot , very good. Frozen pink lemonade is freezing. Perfect for when I finish eating. A lot of food for only $13!! Awesome.
