The girls working the drive-thru tonight: AMAZING
my food is wonderful, the service was PERFECT, the girls working the windows Bella and the girl working the first window where they take your money, both of em amazing. I been coming to this Wendy’s location for years and this is the first time I felt compelled to say anything about my experience, ignoring every negative one. I’m still eating my food as I type this. Thank yall. And give them girls some raises, because gawd dayum.

When I ordered carry out they gave my order to someone else and refused to remake, the kids didn’t eat Wendy’s that night not to mention they were touching counters other employees then touching food without gloves, this place sucks I wouldn’t go to this one

I dont understand how you make a baconater without bacon. It took 5 people to get our drinks right. Had to hand it back to them twice before get the right beverage. My husband sandwich is sloppy. The fries are cold. And my baconater has NO BACON!!!

The line was about 15 cars long wrapped all the way around the building and there wasn’t a lot going on inside seem to be only three people in there and may want to consider at least one extra position for night crew. I saw at least four or five people drive out of line out of frustration. I can only imagine how the workers felt..

Update: 2/16/26 – only one here including drive thru and dine in and again, I sat here here waiting for my food for 15 minutes, they made me pull up to “wait” for it. Everything is cold, the bun is clearly old and rock hard, disgusting. This is insane. They have no manners and clearly Wendy’s corporate is okay with their stores being absolute trash. We’ll see what the attorney general and fda say.
This is one of the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to!!! The people on the intercom are rude and interrupt you while you’re ordering and try to rush your order. No one says thank you or have a good day! I sat in the drive thru FOREVER when they weren’t busy at all and the food was still wrong!!! Will never stop here again!!

Do not go here. They have now messed up my order 3x in a row. Ordered a Dave’s Double w no pickle and got a chicken sandwich. Not even close. Doesn’t even sound similar. Slow service with no customer service and very rude employees.

My wife went here Thursday night to surprise me with a Baconator sandwich and there was a few crumbles of bacon on it that didn’t even add up to 1 piece of bacon. My wife paid a lot of money for not only my food but both our daughters as well. This disgusted me and it was beyond pathetic. I was highly upset! So I called to speak to a manager, and she was extremely nasty to me and said to deal with it. I will never eat at this business again!!! 0/0 DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!! I’m contacting corporate
