Was so excited to try Lins buffet for the first time. However, I can’t give the best review. The shrimp looked wonderful until I peeled it and it was extremely mealy and had not been deveined. Not edible for me. The vegetables were tasty & Al dente however they were cold. Sushi was good for what it was but there was hardly any meat. It’s mostly cucumber, Philadelphia cream cheese, rice. Selection and presentation was nice.

Food is terrible. I wish I would’ve gotten McDonalds as bad as it sounds. Ticket system is flawed. Lady at the front told me nothing about me needing a ticket for my drink. They do not explain the rules or anything for that matter. Bots of food and crumbs stuck to virtually all plates.. plates are full of stains. Food is extremely low grade. Crab is fake imitation crab. Extremely overpriced for all this bad service and food. No refund was offered even though I payed but did not eat anything. Worst buffet in Weslaco.

I knew we should have left before even entering. Outside, there was trash all over that has been piling up for days or more. But we decided to give it a try since the rating was pretty good. The cashier seemed put out because we were there. The food was ok, nothing great, sauces were very watery and some items were cold. The egg drop soup was not very good, and the wanton soup had rubbery wanton. The decor was very nice so I gave a 3 star on that. But food and service were very lacking, and we will not return or refer anyone to this location.

Food has good flavor. The food needs to be hot. Some items in the line were “coldish.” Good service. Tables were clean. Waiter gotn us refills often.
The dinner price is too expensive and there no difference in food from lunch. There weren’t that many seafood choices at 5’30pm. And we paid dinner price.

This was our first time at this restaurant. The food was fresh, each pan on the buffet was filled before it emptied. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. It felt like an upscale fancy restaurant.

DO NOT EAT HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY….the food was absolutely disgusting. the chicken was raw. we got a 2nd plate and tried something different, but same outcome. my husband and I completely lost out appetite, asked for a refund as we didn’t eat at all….

THE FOOD WAS AN ABSOLUTE NO! The service was not that bad. The CRABS tho horrifying nonetheless! Black meat with like grey mold or something. They need to add flavor full seasoning to their food honestly.

Great service and the buffet had much to offer, wasn’t a big fan of their sushi it was really dry and bland for my taste but everything else was delicious. Highly recommend the ice cream for dessert.

Wide variety of food,and taste was good.I would just suggest for the food to be a little hotter,everything was Luke warm almost cold,maybe if you go earlier at lunch or early dinner it might be fresher and warmer,we went an hour and a half before closing.Server was fast on refills.
