Walked in at 410 to the whole dinning room dirty waited 5 mins to see an employee to ask her if she could wash the tables due to them being all dirt so me and my child can sit to eat she then turns around and checks the tables to see if their were any cleaned as if I was lying then she made me wait 8 mins before she went and washed ONE TABLE ONE. Out of the 6 that were dirty then leaves the rest of the all dirty then goes out back makes me wait another 10 mins literally 10 more mine before she ask how she can help me as I’m standing at the register this whole time waiting I see a girl in the back drinking her personal drink while packing chicken for a drive thru order another family comes in behind me about 15 mins. Later and had to wash their own table not a single thank you was giving I could see if it was busy but it was not these are dirty tables from an hour or so ago the employees all walk to the lobby to get refills on drinks and bring out drive thru food that has been parked all walked by and seen the dirty tables over filled trash cans and half of the juices were out and they needed to be changed. Lemonade was all watered down.

Chicken is always fresh and delicious. I’m a huge fan of the dipping sauce sweet heat. Their sides are small and not really good. French Fries are good. If you want to eat inside, go threw the drive – thru and bring your food inside. They are really slow inside at the counter. Apple pie is also good if you have room.

We ordered on the app to avoid having to wait too long. Tried to go inside to pick it up, but the inside was closed. Waited behind three cars in the drive thru, just to be told that they needed another 7 minutes to prepare our food. We ended up waiting an additional 37 minutes from the time the app said the food would be ready. They had one runner taking food outside. The person taking orders on the intercom was rude. The food was decent but nothing was the same temperature. It was as if one or two meals had been done 30 minutes prior and just sat there and lost the heat. Fries were soggy. Will not ever return to this location.

We waited in line for over 20 minutes at the counter and only witnessed 2 orders served in that entire time. There were 7 patrons in front of us, all waiting to place an order, and 5 or 6 more waiting to pick up. There were 5 visible employees, all diligently packing orders to serve the drive-thru. Not once did anyone turn around to take an order, or even give us a little “be right with you” or any kind of acknowledgement. This was at 2pm on a Saturday, past what I would consider to be peak lunchtime. We left hungry and will never return. This is absolutely no way to run a business. If you’re going to have a dining room, then you should make an effort to serve the customers who got off their behinds and walked inside.

What one would expect for fast food. Sometimes great, sometimes the chicken is rubber. Mac and cheese is always perfect. I recommend to check for your sauces because they never add them in the bag.

They gave my doordash order to the wrong person. My dasher was texting me telling me they were refusing to remake the order. I tried calling directly to clear up the mix up that I had in fact not received my order, the man who answered was rude and not helpful or understanding. Clearly the order was given away without confirmation. And even after I contacted doordash. The second driver had to wait 15 mins only for the food to arrive cold.

Had to wait for over 30 minutes for two meals. Just for it to be cold and missing iteams. I can maybe understand the wait if they were busy however both times I had to go to the drive through no one was in front of me. I guess the other bad reviews make sense because what could have taken that long. I am very surprised this place is still open when the two and only times I’ve been here have been awful.

Apparently playing games with peoples time takes priority over transparency at this place. Went to drive through at 10pm after a 12 hour shift hoping to get dinner for fiancé and myself as not much is open that time of night and we do enjoy this place every now and then. Sat in line for 10-15 minutes (not a big deal) waiting to order plus while the guy added the sandwich, wings and sides I asked for. After this there was about 5 minutes of silence at the intercom. He then comes back and says “we don’t have any of this food”. Bro…. Why put the entire order on the screen? Why waste peoples time? If you want to close at 10, close the store at 10. Don’t let cars line up, add an entire order, then proceed tell them you don’t have any food. Completely unprofessional, don’t waste your precious time on this place.

I’m not sure if it’s the store or if it’s all Popeye chains but they’re trying that scam where they’re rounding things down to the nearest five cents. And claiming they don’t have pennies.
There is 30 years worth of pennies in circulation. They just stopped making them less than a month ago. Every Other place, I shop at still has pennies and gives them for change.
Food was terrible. Chicken was undercooked twice. Not even edible. Threw both orders in the trash. Disgusting.

I had left drive thru in a bit of a rush and didn’t realize they never gave me my card with my receipt.. when I realized, I called and went back to get it. I find it oddly suspicious they had multiple cards there and at first were acting like they didn’t know what I was talking about not saying they have a fraud thing going on but I definitely froze and canceled that card EXPEDITIOUSLY!
