Not only did we wait 15 mins to get sat, with no one in line or anyone else waiting but then waited a hour to get our food for it to be a mess nothing like what I was supposed to get. The food also made me nauseous after the fact of just trying it.

Took 15 minutes for our server to come take an order, 30 minutes for food to come out just for a waffle and a skillet. Food was hardly warm. Server not once checked on us and was rude but thought she was funny. Never again.

I love the food. It was delicious. The prices are average but you will not leave hungry, the amount of food is enough. The service was good but I took one point off because the waiter did not allow us to sit next to window he said it’s too far for her and she was the only one covering… I still gave her 18% tip.

We were sat at a table but asked for a booth even though there were 2 empty booths we were told none were available so we waited. 15 minutes later we get a booth next to one of the ones that had been opened (that booth was sat right after we were seated) the waitress was unbelievable rude during our service. We knew what we wanted and ordered fast. Our waitress kept walking by us never checked on us. Finally flagged her down for togo container and the bill. Mind you the other booth had left 15 minutes earlier, their waitress was good, they ordered more food than we did. I asked for the manager was told they had quit and no one has taken their place. So there was no one to talk to. Never been treated so poorly.

I think the food was good the guy up front super nice and friendly but the waiter of some not okay at all; not only did we wait so long for our food but the waiter we had horrible, as I was trying to situate myself and my children she comes by along and says “any coffee, tea, water etc” and since she did not greet us in any way or introduce herself I did not have time to process I responded with saying “2 coffees and..” she turned around and started walking away and I was appalled at her “customer service” I said excuse me I’m not done that was rude and she proceeded to say “oh I thought you were I’m the only waitress here” as time went and once she took our order she just stood there writing stuff down and no conversation or maybe explaining the menu or something as the time passes by she obviously noticed that I am very annoyed and upset at the situation she proceeded to ask me “are you okay.” I gave her no response and she walked away. I can’t remember if I ever got her name (Jody) but she’s just horrible. A different waitress approach us with the remainder of our food and she was beyond nice and most gentle person ever and try to be very attentive to everyone else’s needs and checking in to see if we needed anything else she was so nice; next time I come in it is to give her thanks for being kind and most amazing person other than that unfortunately I am not sure if I’d ever dine there again.

We came to Perkins at 10 AM for breakfast and had a terrible experience. Our server slammed a sauce bottle on the table, didn’t follow up on our order, and didn’t bring all the items we ordered — our plate was incomplete. She also failed to provide boxes for our leftovers. Slow, careless, and completely unprofessional service ruined our visit. Absolutely unacceptable.

Anika is so wonderful and amazing! The service was exceptional and the food was nothing short of amazing. I had the french toast platter and my husband had the eggs benedict. Our food was hot and delicious and we had a wonderful breakfast this morning! Heather was also fast at the cash register and ensured that we had a wonderful time witn good food. She was also so great and cheery!

Food was not the best quality and didn’t taste very well. Took forever to get our food. Meatloaf tasted like dog food warmed up. 1 of the burgers was made correctly but the other one was not made correctly I asked for my egg to be over easy and it was made hard. Didn’t check on us and that was to see if we wanted desserts. Never refilled our drinks. Had his pants below his waist not very professional. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here and got really poor service. Ice tea was to be unsweetened and it was raspberry flavored. Fries we hard. Order loaded baked potato soup and got soup and a baked potato and charged for the soup and a baked potato. When we went to leave hostess never asked us how our meal was just wanting the money. Locks in the bathrooms would not lock properly. Toilet paper all over the floor. Dinning room was dirty not very good service. We had a service animal with for my husband and daughter, they put us in the corner like we were be punished due to having a service animal. Very rude for everything today.
