Rani is hands down the best Indian fine dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The flavors are sophisticated and layered—not just ‘spicy,’ but truly aromatic. First we ordered cocktail which was the best JHANSI KI RANI it was spicy tangy flavour 10/10 then with cocktail we ordered Chana Koliwada crispy chickpeas in batter fried 7/10 then we orderd appetisers Amritsari Fish fry 10/10 Prawn lollipop 10/10 Badshahi corn cake with Malwani corn gravy 7/10 Salmon tikka 10/10 then we orderd Entree Kerala special chicken Curry 8/10 Rajasthani laal Maas 10/10 Bread Basket 10/10 on side beetroot raita 10/10 last but not least Churros with coffee malai 10/10 .they use high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. It’s elevated comfort food at its absolute finest. The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, making us feel like royalty from the moment we walked in. I actually forgot the staff name it starts from S he was really professional in his service .The presentation of the dishes is like art on a plate. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a full sensory experience. We will definitely be back!” Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates authentic, upscale Indian cuisine.

For the price, the food was substandard. The paneer kebabs were good — that was the only highlight of the meal. However, the Haryali paneer was essentially raw paneer served with grilled vegetables. While the paneer itself was soft, that alone doesn’t make it Haryali paneer.
The dal Bukhari and ricotta kofta were also disappointing. The koftas were dry and leaned too sweet, and the dal lacked depth and richness.
The ambience was average — nothing particularly memorable.
Given the 4.8 rating, we expected much better. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. This was likely our first and last visit. There are far better dining options in New Jersey at similar price points

Excellent food experience on our anniversary for my Rani at Rani restaurant. Our host at restaurant Siddesh was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. We were impressed with Parsi Kathal Biryani, Dal Tadka, Kesar malai broccoli with Garlic chips. Badshahi Cirn cake with Malwani corn gravy was unique. Mocktails Lychee Martini and Let’s dance was good. The dessert menu Churros with Coffee malai was spectacular. Overall a fantastic experience.

We visited this restaurant in New Jersey twice this year, and both experiences were memorable in different ways.
Our first visit was in January 2025, when we dined in the regular seating area. We tried the mutton soup, masala papad, mango delight, a side dish, and naan. Everything was flavorful, and the soup in particular stood out.
For our second visit in September 2025, we chose the lounge area, which had a really nice setup and added to the overall experience. We started with refreshing drinks – the mango mojito and strawberry sunrise – followed by our favourite from the last visit: mutton soup and then masala papad. The soup was thick, rich, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.
We also tried a new starter this time – the prawn lollipop. At first, the portion seemed small, but it turned out to be quite filling after just a couple of pieces. For mains, we ordered the Amritsari kulcha, but it was a bit disappointing as it was slightly burnt.
We wrapped up the meal with homemade kulfi, which was a great way to end on a sweet note.
Overall, the ambience is excellent, the service is commendable, and the food is mostly delicious. However, the prices are on the higher side, which makes it more suitable for special occasions rather than regular visits.

Amazing food. Very kind server. Sadly I did not try the drinks as I was driving back home but they looked good.
The Hariyali paneer was awesome and so tasty and soft. The ricotta kofta was soft and so savory. We ended the night with gulab jamun it was unique but so tasty. Will def be back.

I usually love Indian cuisine, and the restaurant has a beautiful design and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken, and the inside was very pink and clearly undercooked. When I mentioned it to the waiter, I was told that “this type of dish cooks at a certain temperature and time,” but it was obviously not safe to eat.

Shortly after eating, I became extremely sick and ended up vomiting in the bathroom. Something in the food clearly upset my stomach, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.

The place itself is beautiful, but I personally don’t see myself returning after.

We visited this place for dinner with close friends, and it turned out to be a truly memorable evening. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to catch up and relax over good food.

When we arrived, we were initially told the place was full and that we might need to adjust at a table for four. After explaining that we had driven more than an hour to get there, the staff went out of their way to make arrangements and gave us a bigger table. That spoke volumes about their customer service and how much they value their guests.

We absolutely loved their kebabs, they were out of this world, perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. Every bite felt special and set the tone for the rest of the meal. The service throughout was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff ensured we had everything we needed.

Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend Rani to anyone looking for a great Indian dining experience with a vibrant lounge setting. I am already looking forward to going back.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! We met there for my birthday. The food was delicious, flavors were rich and authentic, the spices perfectly balanced, and the portions generous. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were very well taken care by Vikas. The atmosphere was great for dining in. You can truly taste the quality and care in every dish. Will definitely be returning!
Highly recommend this place!

I appreciate the concept and effort behind bringing elevated Indian cuisine to the area, I would say best in the Area.

Wishing you continued success.
