We’ve visited multiple times, and overall, our experiences have been good. However, the service can be inconsistent—some days it’s excellent, while other times it falls short. The same goes for cleanliness; the dining area is clean on some visits, but not always well-maintained. The bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from more frequent attention.
I feel like MOD Pizza was on a slow decline however our last visit seemed like maybe they’re trying to improve.
On the positive side, parking is easy to find, and there is a traffic light to help with entering and exiting the main road. That said, the layout can be a bit confusing if you’re unfamiliar with the area—you might mistakenly think you’re headed to the gym instead of the restaurant.
Despite a few inconsistencies, MOD Pizza remains a favorite spot for us, especially because of the quality and customization options.
The pizza is always hot, tasty, and large!
Reasonably priced and I cannot emphasize enough how nice the workers are. They are awesome!!
We placed our order for delivery. $45 for two personal pizzas, one being gluten free.
Our toppings were wrong. Our dasher advised she sat there for over 20 minutes and said no one called her up to grab the food. She waited and waited.
Our pizza came cold.
No tape on the boxes to ensure safety during delivery.
Wrong toppings -DANGEROUS! We are a household with allergies and having the order not be correct is a very sketchy feeling.
We are over it and done. It’s really sad. I’ve never left this many negative reviews in a place I live. But this city takes the cake for lack of service, high prices, and subpar food.

1. The staff does not seem to acknowledge their customers. I have been to other locations where they yell out “Welcome to Mod”! And that was in western Washington State where lots of antisocial people are lol.
2. When I went to the pickup area, the pizza baking lady was completely staring at what she was doing and didn’t even bother looking towards the counter where pickup people wait. She didn’t say a word even when she placed my pizza on the pickup rack which is behind the counter! I asked her if that was for me (I used my name) She didn’t respond. I said “excuse me” and she looked at me and I repeated myself. She handed it to me and said nothing at all. How rude and ignorant.
3. There was hardly any cheese in my pizza. I checked my order and it says regular mozzarella. I never had that little amount of cheese in a pizza. Also, I had requested in the app on the checkbox for extra crispy. It wasn’t even close to regular crispy.
4. My salad was supposed to have crispy bacon. It looked like it was almost raw.
It’s too bad there isn’t another mod anywhere else around here.

I’ve visited a few more times since February had has been much better, so I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I’ll still be waiting for Blaze Pizza to open up a shop in town.
The manager tonight was very professional it was very busy here and he kept things moving.
