Uniontown Texas Roadhouse is really good, but it depends on when you are there. If it’s busy, service takes a huge hit. We waited forever for refills, the check, the take out boxes. This was a Saturday around 6pm. During the week or in the early afternoon the place runs like a top.
Let’s talk about the food. Usually great, however I had the half slab of ribs. I will never understand how restaurants that hype up their specialties as BBQ meccas can serve ribs with the silver back still attached. It’s disgusting, pull that stuff off, it does not impart a good flavor at all. Also, the ribs are bland. The BBQ sauce is good, but there needs to be a dry rub to flavor the meat while smoking. It’s real amateur hour with the ribs so maybe stay away from them. My wife’s NY Strip steak was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Jazmine was our server like her always good . Food last couple times shrimp wasn’t cooked tonight I got a sirloin and shrimp, sirloin was over cooked no big deal I didn’t mind won’t complain well I ate a shrimp after paying the bill before leaving and all 6 of them were raw so I have to cook them. Boyfriend enjoyed his food just please check the food before you serve it ….

Just experienced my first time at Texas Roadhouse and I ordered the smothered chicken. It was amazing with seasoned rice and loaded baked potatoe. I love this place and will be back. I even applied a week ago and got called today for an interview. I’m so excited. I’m definitely a fan! Or groupie! Whatever you call it.

Really good meat and amazing service. I specially enjoy their bread rolls or whatever is called. The chilly con carne as side was the cherry on top. Highly recommend if you are passing by. The steak made to order was fantastic as well.

So I just want to start by saying our server Suzie was AMAZING! The food and managers were horrible. We were there for 2.5 hours waiting for our food just for it to come out cold and not correct. We sent it back just to once again be missing items. Once again our server was great, always asking if we needed anything, and getting us refills. We were there for a birthday and 3 out of our 6 meals were horrible. Only one meal got any sort of discount. I asked the manager if I could get some sort of discount on my meal since it was one of the meals that was wrong. I was told no since it came out ok the second time even though we waited 2.5 HOURS in there. The manager also lied to us about how the tips were distributed since we wanted to leave our server one but not the kitchen staff. I thought that was a little messed up that a manager is lying to customers about those things.

We went here on a Saturday night so I understand the busyness. But our table was so overcrowded with empty drink cups and finished plates. I even set them on the edge of the table thinking that the waitress or anyone would grab them either while walking by, or when they would bring another full drink cup to the table. Why wouldn’t you take empty cups as you drop off new ones? My husband and son’s steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare, but my 10 yo daughter’s steak was supposed to be medium but some parts were so rare we didn’t feel comfortable with her eating them. All the food was cold except my county fried chicken and the fried pickle appetizer. Usually sound doesn’t bother me too much as I work in a loud environment but I thought the music was extremely loud.

I did not care for the taste of my filet. It was very bland. My husband said his steak was bland also. I sent mine back and only are the sides. My husband decided just to eat his. They did take the charge off for the steak. That was fine for me. I enjoyed the sides and didn’t mind paying for what I ate. The staff were very nice even though I didn’t care for my filet. We were seated quickly. Everything was nice except the steaks were just bland.

I had never been here beforehand but have wanted to eat there for a long time. There are none where I live, so when I saw it, I had to go! The food did not disappoint!!! The steak was done to perfection and was total heaven!!! The waiters and bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable!!! The bread was freaking amazing!!! The Chili was delectable!!! Potato skins…delicious!!! If you have never been I definitely, highly recommend you go!!!

An enjoyable experience at this lively restaurant with excellent service. I opted for the chicken tenders and ribs combo with sides of a baked potato and chili—all tasted superb, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The complimentary buns with delectable butter were a delightful surprise. Despite my usual aversion to chain restaurants, this one exceeded expectations, and I left feeling full and content.
