Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Kiosks for ordering when you first walk in, staff will help with any questions. Seasonal milk shacks were delicious. Burgers were cooked perfectly and seasoned well.

This was my second time ordering here, based on my daughter’s craving. The ordering process was smooth. The wait wasn’t bad. The restrooms are unisex, which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but one was out of order. We opted not to use them

I wanted a good hamburger, unfortunately shake shack does not have this on their menu. The flavor is bad grease slathered in to much cheese. The staff didn’t seem rude, just discombobulated. The whole operation is disorganized. Had three bites of my fires before determining they were a hate crime against potatoes. Strawberry shake was good.

We had the limited time French Onion Soup Burger which was very basic. Not a lot of flavor. I would not recommend this. We also ordered the Smoke house Burger. This was very good. Portions were small. I guess that is why they offer the double size. They have very friendly staff.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our shakes and burgers at shake shack. I ended up trying the French onion burger and it was very satisfying. I only wish I had a little more of the onion sauce.
My girlfriend was delighted from all of our food. The cheese fries were saturated in cheese and bacon. The service was friendly and the ambiance was great.
We got a nice table outside and we enjoyed our visit very much.

It was good but the prices are crazy. 45 for 2 people to have lunch. Your not Ruth Chris. Food is good but prices are crazy. The spicy cheese fries are awesome. Loved them. Try them. I’ll be back after I win the lottery. Hope I win soon Shake Shack. Thank you. Bad part Bathroom was filthy. But they did have a choking guide on wall, which is nice to see in case someone is choking.

Second time ordering online. Both times I put in the order and after getting my credit card info the website tells me oh by the way this location is closed. Yet online through Google says open until 10pm. But something on the this location is closed window says closes at 8pm. I ordered at 4:30pm??????????????????? Tried calling the number but it just rang and rang. Man you think for charging $15 for a okay looking burger you’d have over the top customer service but Hah!!! I mean come on $43 for 2 burgers and order of onion rings and a shake and drink. Plus bag was wide open no way to keep the food warm. So even in 43 degree weather and living less than 5 minutes away food was lukewarm. The website told me I’d get a text when the food was close to being ready. Nope. Do you as a company care at all about your customers? Apparently not. Definitely not going back there again and I didn’t even get food for myself. Was picking it up for others. Great first impression.

Bro every time my husband and I come here they can’t give us what we want. The first time ever that we came and dropped like $40 on two damn burgers I placed a pick up order. We get there and they’re like “uhhh what’s your name” for like 3 minutes before being like “your order never went through what did you order again?” At which point I tell them, they write it down on a random piece of paper and go make it. Taste was mediocre at best.

We ask one of the employees and he’s like “yeah I mean we could make more but it’ll take like 30 minutes or so and I’m guessing you don’t wanna wait around” so we just left without even getting anything.
I used to want to try this place so bad but now I don’t even get the hype. It’s overpriced without the follow through. The food doesn’t even taste special, honestly. Maybe this is just the wrong location but ♀️ you’ve been warned lol

Second time coming to this location to try to give it the benefit of the doubt. Ordered the same two items I did roughly a month ago, the Korean chicken sandwich and the cookies and cream shake. Chicken was in the fryer for too long and I received a shake that looked like it had the first couple sips already taken.
Receiving 3 stars because I really do love the tangy Korean sauce and the shake is still good. The prices are just ridiculous for what you get. Love it here but probably never coming again. Too many other great lunch options in the area for the same price and higher quality.
