Husband and I had stopped there on the way back from doctor appointments. He ordered a spicy mcchicken. After 10 minutes of waiting he went in an they claim that they didn’t have his order. He showed them the proof that he had ordered it on the app. But the supposably manger kept arguing with him. His points were taken off to cover the cost for it and he never got his order.

I visit this location often for breakfast as its close to home. The employees in the drive thru are usually rude and only deal with 1 order at a time. Its usually atleast a 10 minute wait to order and get your food. But ill give credit where credit is due. The food is usually pretty fresh and the orders are correct

Tried to order at the drive through and the menu wouldn’t come up, the worker asked me to order and i said i wanted to see the menu. She told me it was up and it wasn’t, had to go inside and order on the kiosk myself (not sure what people get paid for when i do all the work) and got a large fry with hardly any fries in it. I had to place my own order, run my own payment, and your “workers” can’t even fill a fry i paid for?

Workers pretend they don’t understand when you ask for things like drink carriers. But seem to understand they are giving you a total of 3 drinks. They stuff food in bags to where it’s overflowing and rips when you try to close. There’s a standard albeit very low for McDonald’s but there’s still an expectation to be able to communicate with the workers.

This place in the morning sucks, I ordered two bacon cheese McGriddle no egg and I got a burnt crumb of bacon, and the breakfast sandwich was so cold. I told the worker at the window and had it remade and she had the worst attitude about it. I will definitely not go here in the morning for breakfast. This has happened more then once!!

The lady at the first window was awesome but when I got to the second window, I waited forever for 2 meals with no one opening the window to tell me what the wait was. When she handed me my food, she didn’t say anything and I tried to ask for sauce and she told me rudely that they cost 50 cents each and told me she couldn’t give me any. I even mobile ordered to get my food fast and had a bad experience. Do not come here

This is the worst staff in the area. If you have an issue, they will blatantly ignore you. The orders are wrong, they are constantly out of stock, and nobody seems to speak English. I would post a picture of the receipt versus order, however, I still am unable to even get my receipt. Close down this franchise and put something staffed by the actual Love’s employees.

I just gotta say, I’m done with McDonald’s again. I didn’t eat at McDonald’s for over 20 years because they can’t seem to understand basic concepts such as QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY. They got it right once they took away their heating lamps but honestly, their quality is lacking greatly again. I’m out! I’ll try again in another 20 years!
