I don’t like leaving negative feedback but the Braums on west Sunshine was a trip. I don’t get why people have to be so unkind. I understand things happen but, we had to go back 3 times to get our order right they kept messing our order up. The last time I jyst waited at the counter for what I hoped that would be right. I was handed my sandwich & got a there & i thanked her and got a response yep. When I we r to use the restroom and went to wash my hands there was no soap. That was the last straw for me. I hope that they get all that worked out. I’m done with Braums this was overboard unkind and just not right. We spent over $30. I have the first order receipt also but it had a lot of personal CC info so it was not posted. Goodluck Braums

This was my first time ever to a Braums and it was fantastic. The food was comparable to major chains but the price and quality were better. Highly recommend the limeade.

Our favorite place for Twist frozen yogurt! Highly recommended for families and kids! Also their milk is so organic – the best for making cottage cheese! And Bordeaux Cherry Amaretto Frozen Yogurt in big pack – with real fruit and nuts!

I have been a very frequent customer of this location and understand that they are overworked and underpaid. I also in the past have always had good experiences. I went in today and got a limeade and something tasted wrong about it so I asked for it remade, it still tasted off and kinda bad so I told them there may be an issue with the machine. The employee I was talking to them got a different employee while cursing about me to her in front of me, this new employee who I assume was a manager just kept asking me what I wanted her to do about it. I wanted them to fix their machine and be kind to me but neither happened and I ended up getting so flustered that I left and threw away my drink. I did not get a refund and it was made up in no way. This experience gave me so much anxiety that I will not be returning to this location despite how much I enjoy going there typically. Very jarring experience.

The burgers and fries are tasty and worth going for, but the real star is the ice cream. Lots of great seasonal flavors or unique menu flavors. The banana split was fantastic and really hit the spot. I’ve had the seasonal winter hot cocoa ice cream with marshmallow topping, and I highly recommend it if you’re there when it’s available.

This used to be the best Braum’s in town. The food was good. The service sucked. We waited at the fresh market for almost 10 minutes, and 5 minutes of that was after a cashier said she’d with us in a minute. We wontbe back to this location.

I like Braum’s, but this one didn’t seem that clean. Tables weren’t cleaned off. The drink-filling area needed attention. Fries were greasier than they should’ve been.

I live right down the street from this location. I have came here many many times mostly because it’s right there and it’s cheap good food. The service on the other hand is horrible EVERYTIME I come in here. I understand hiring teenagers because it’s fast food but atleast train them to talk to the adult customers that give them the up most respect. Even after being talked nasty to by the women on the intercom we still proceed with kindness, cause kill them with kindness right, while pulling up to the window we hear her and see her walking away with attitude and having someone else take care of us. He was polite and upstanding so it was refreshing considering how they normally are. I hope the night shift can get their employees to at the minimum respond in respectful manners.

Just as a heads up, If you plan to go inside and order food here you better be extremely detailed and explicit and know the names of absolutely everything when you order.
Which of course won’t be a problem for me since I don’t ever plan on returning.

Stopped him for lunch. I’m not from around here so kind of remind me of a dairy Queen grill and chill. I didn’t try the ice cream but I did try the hamburger. I really like the fries.
