The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing . It’s clean, friendly and super romantical with all their little vases with REAL FLOWERS in them. The food is perfect and tasty. The service is lovely, mostly by very kind teenagers. There are some employees who continuasly clean the tables and sweep the floors after each of the customers leave. The restrooms are also clean. There’s also a small indoor play area for small children. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.

I came through the drive-through this morning at 8:54 and ordered three large cups of ice a gallon of unsweet tea a large sweet tea with no ice and a bag of ice. The person at the window was a tall young man with glasses and a gray shirt the receipt says his name was Harrison so when he handed me my order I checked The cups of ice and they were not even 3/4 full of ice. So I asked Harrison I presume why are the cups of ice just a little over half full his response was we have to be able to put the lid on it I don’t understand that at all Now grant you I didn’t pay for the cups of ice. I paid for a gallon of unsweet tea and a bag of ice the bag of ice wasn’t even 3/4 full so my complaint today is your service. I would really appreciate in the future if the cups of ice were almost full and if you can’t get the lid on them, I bet I could, and I would like the bag of ice to be full or at least to your fill line I’ve attached pictures so that you can see what I’m speaking about. I came through drive through last night and the girl who took my order took my order completely wrong. I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with a side salad with Italian dressing with a medium unsweetened tea, and a kids grilled nuggets meal. I got a completely different sandwich and apple cider vinegar dressing for the salad and regular nuggets instead of the grilled. I had to come back in and get the sandwich and dressing I wanted but realized just now this morning my daughter never ate her nuggets until I opened the box and saw they were the regular ones and not the grilled ones. The workers need to repeat orders back to the customers because I think I’m pretty sure I know what I want when I come in as it’s specific. This location is always getting my orders wrong. I’ve been applying at this location for years and can never get in as it seems but I promise I’m pretty spot on when it comes to getting what the customers want I have excellent proficiency skills as a previous fast food and server in a restaurant.

I went through the drive thru at the one on Montgomery, my order was 21. 65 I paid with my card, then I get to the window and they ask me to pay AGAIN, I said I did showed the guy my account that it was paid, so I said ok guess I have to pay 50 for my food, so the manager comes and says that didn’t go through and charged me AGAIN. So 21 dollars worth of food ended up costing me almost 70. I will never ever ever eat there AGAIN. Use cash not your card . I will be getting my money back when my bank does fraud on them. Do better ! Everyone I know does not want to eat at Chick Fila because they are not honest.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s been solid in terms of food and service. Lately it’s been losing quality control. Recently I went for breakfast because Chick-fil-A breakfast is the best. Ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese biscuit and a vanilla coffee. The sandwich came with no egg or cheese at all and the coffee was 1/3 empty. Won’t be going to this location for awhile. Go elsewhere!

This CFA is very good. They have it together. It’s clean on the interior and exterior and their parking lot is well-lit and well-paved.
The inlets and their outlets for both entrances/exits* (*NW and NE side) are very narrow and not great to try to exit OR enter in if you’re in a flow of traffic or someone is getting in/getting out the same time as you.
The Staff is very friendly and courteous and the food tastes great!
Update: This location is great. My family eats here almost every Saturday after swim lessons. Such great food and a great play area that is safe and well-maintained.

don’t know what’s going on at the Chick-fil-A on Unser, but something is slipping. I ate there recently and ended up with a stomach disaster that kept me posted up in the bathroom for the rest of the day. Not exactly the “quality and care” they advertise.
The staff was polite, but that doesn’t make up for food that sends you home with diarrhea. If this location wants to keep its reputation, they seriously need to get their kitchen and food handling standards under control.
Until then, I’m avoiding this place. Hard pass.

The place is a fine enough Chick-Fil-A. Nothing spectacular. Just dont call ahead for any sort of catering order.
We called 3+ hours in advance to pick up a nugget tray up at 5:45 pm. I arrived and paid around 5:40. The food was not ready until 6:17pm. 30+ minutes late…with barely any acknowledgement of the delay. I get things happen, but this is the second time we have tried to cater for a Party via this establishment and both times the order was not ready to any time close to the promised time.

Diana the lady cleaning the lobby was super nice and afford to refill our cups so we can enjoy our food. We waited maybe 5 min for the food to be one the table it was super quick. The food was great and stove hot. Will be coming back
