I am completely done with Macdonald…I ordered a quarter pounder they give me a double cheese and call it a quarter pounds… “oh you should have ordered the deluxe” this not the first time..i had a problem with the big Mac…smh…Macdonald globe will no longer get my service…Im out..

Very interesting McD’s, as the workers behind the counter are professional and friendly but the guests are loud. The kids are obnoxious but the adult guests are noisy too. Chickens in the parking lot, paper straws, no self refill station.

This is the slowest, most incompetent and ignorant McDonald’s staff I’ve ever witnessed in action! The manager if you can call her that was too busy yelling at and arguing with employees in the kitchen like there wasn’t a lobby full of people. Not to mention the clueless rude air headed young lady working the front counter who continually ignored customer’s in the line while walking in circles but made it her business to repeatedly keep sliding multiple items across the counter to her little friends in the lobby who she kept addressing by name. I had to hold my receipt up and ask several times if anyone was working on my order. It was whatever after I spent my money I don’t even know why I wasted time writing this.

MY husband just left there and brought me a Big Mac and small fries the burger meat was hard as a rock sauce was everywhere in the container and cheese was old like the sandwich was sitting there for a while kept trying to call them no one answered after the 20th phone call the order number was #280 I’ve worked for the owner years ago at the one on Fed hwy and he and his wife are good people didn’t really want to write this but no one would answer the phone to resolve this thank you

Food is to be expected..it’s mcdonalds. The annoying part is that they do not have any changing tables in the restrooms and the restrooms are locked unless you ask for them to be opened. There is no sign stating this on the restroom door and myself and multiple other customers would walk straight into the doors trying to open them.

On November 27th at 6:27 I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and the lady literally asked me do i want a drink and I loudly said orange juice. I got to the window and the hatian lady gave me my food and closed the window, so I waved her down then the other lady came and I asked where’s my drink and she said she didn’t charge me for a drink when I literally said orange juice. Once I drove off I looked in my bag and I noticed one of my whipped butter was opened so I honestly think they just played over my food at this point

This McDonald’s is a little different then a few only offering a kiosk to oder your food and there’s CHICKENS around there too. Just too let you know between mon – fri around at 4 there gonna be FULL OF CUSTOMERS BELIEVE IT!!!

Ordered a meal with a drink.. the drink came full to the top with ice … when I asked for a refill.. because there was hardly any drink in there … they refused they said no refills and the ice is at the correct level…. Then after a debate they gave me a tiny cup with some drink in it… will not be returning…

I normally go here and service is okay it’s not the greatest it’s not Chick-fil-A I don’t even think it’s Burger King but when you give people old fish sandwich and re-microwave It is just wrong I didn’t microwave my money I didn’t hand you my money balled up hard as a rock so McDonald’s please do better treat your customers better let these managers know they embarrassing your company.
