Husband’s birthday..Longhorn, Orchard Park, 1/16/26, about 3PM. We ordered Flo’s Steak, steamed asparagus, mac n’ cheese, baked potato, salads. HOLY MOLY! This meal was SIMPLY AMAZING! We went early to avoid rush & noisier atmosphere. Janice, our waitress, was friendly, smiling, perfect server & fun! Flo’s steak is “melt in your mouth” delicious! Entire meal was SO DELICIOUS! Atmosphere was semi lighting, country ranch, and perfect for shaking my manhattan. Janice even made Bob an ice cream sundae to celebrate his birthday! Made “our” day! Prices reasonable for everything you get.

Flo’s filet, good as usual. The salad is good too but it seems lately whoever is doing it is lazy or just doesn’t care about presentation. The lettuce is huge- poorly cut up. It used to look nice and be cut so it was easy to eat.

Came for date night, was not disappointed! Server was excellent, drinks and food were fresh and plated professionally. We’re especially big fans of the shrimp appetizer but I’m so excited to see the lamb chops back on the menu!

Our server(Maya I believe) was very thorough during our meal and delivered everything in such a fast manner. The food was delicious- we actually ordered mushrooms and onions and we were so deep into the food we forgot all about it and SHE brought it to our attention that we never got it. Shows how good she is at her job to notice such a small addition to our steak dinner was missing! She ended up not charging us for the pop we ordered in place of that small mistake! Definitely made me rethink maybe it’s not too bad going out to eat and there are some owners who care about the kind of staff they hire and how they treat customers. 10/10

I usually talk about the food first when reviewing restaurants, but this time I have to start with the incredible service. Five stars for the excellent customer service and hospitality! A big thank you to our waiter, Noah, and the Manager, Kevin, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendly conversations and attention made the experience extra special.

We treated ourselves to some steaks at this great joint last Friday after a long afternoon of driving and shopping.
This place took us by surprise.
First off … no reservation was needed. They had a table for us as soon as we walked in, shortly after 7 pm.
The atmosphere and interior here is a quaint cowboy chic, not too loud country music, dimmed lights (as every steak house should have) … the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Both cocktails were perfectly blended, and my queen even got the extra cherries sheathed for …
The shimp appetizer was surprising and monstrously huge (in Ontario, it would be half the size at a comparable restaurant) … and they tasted fantasticly great.
Both of our steaks … the NY strip and my my Longhorn porterhouse … we’re perfectly seasoned and grilled. And so tender! The fries and asparagus were also great, perfect choice to accompany our steaks.
We know that is a chain restaurant, but we do not have these in Ontario (at least we have never come across one) … and we thought that this was just an amazing experience and a great dinner. Great food and a fair price, in a comfy setting and in a relaxing atmosphere.

Went for dinner tonight after the Bills Game, restaurant was slow, which is odd for a Longhorns, but it was early. Our server was amazing very attentive and courteous. Food was very quick and tasted great! Longhorns is always decent quality at a fair price. Ordered the Ribeye steak for about $25 that comes with salad, bread, loaded baked and your steak, not bad at all. Came to about $140 Canadian for 4 ppl, 2 adults and 2 kids with tax, tip and converted to CDN.
Only criticism is the men’s washroom was in horrible condition, ripped wallpaper and toilet seat cover dispenser half hanging on, looked very bad, spend a few bucks and clean it up.

Waited almost 10 minutes before our order was taken. Went there around 2:30pm so it wasn’t overly crowded. We chose to sit in a booth away from the crowd/noise and the person who was seating us seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to be in a quieter area. Waitress was very nice. I wanted dessert and was brought the menu. Waited over 5 minutes before she came back. Waited another 10 minutes for our bill so we could leave. Don’t plan to do other things the same day you eat at this restaurant because the wait staff takes too long to service you. There were 5 waitresses there when we ate there. And we got to hear an ear-piercing kid who kept screaming in the place. The parents did nothing to stop their child from screaming, it was awful. We couldn’t hear ourselves talking!
