Hands down, the best Asian fusion restaurant in the state. Have eaten here since they first opened 16-17 years ago and, it has never once been a disappointment. If anything, it’s better every time. Everything on the menu is amazing. The sushi, hibachi and Thai dishes are always on point. The ginger salad dressing is delicious. The drinks from the bar are always top notch. The bartenders are true pros. (The gingertini is out of this world, btw) The general tso’s chicken dish is the best I’ve ever had and being from NY, that’s a super bold statement but, real. Not heavily breaded and deep fried chicken. It’s actual chicken breast. You will thank me later if you decide to try it.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and super clean and has a great vibe, whether on a date or having a family meal, it’s a great spot. It’s a family owned and operated business and the owner and staff are all amazing and go out of their way to make sure the experience is a great one. This is my go-to restaurant when I’m here in beautiful Hendersonville. I hope anyone reading this gets to experience it.

Always a great place to go, consistently excellent, good flavors, wonderful wait staff, a good bar and talented chefs. I’ve been going there since they opened and have always left satisfied and feeling the value of having this available in Hendersonville. Great for a date night or alone. The menu is expansive and covers many Asian inspired dishes. The specials change often and are a go to choice. Convenient location and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Excellent after exploring the local hikes or the bike trail.

Champa is one of our favorite restaurants in the Hendersonville area. We have been dining here for over 10 years now. We have never had a bad meal here. We love the sushi, Thai food, and teriyaki dishes. Fantastic service too. Cindy and Eddie never miss a beat.

Champa is amazing. The honey ginger tea and Tom kha kai soup are tasty, healing nutrition. Their sushi is amazing. I also really like the Pad Kra Pao Beef.
The service is always kind and the atmosphere is never too noisy. The tables aren’t crowed too close together. It’s one of my favorite establishments downtown.

I’ve been coming here for years. Whether you’re rolling in with a big group or eating solo, Champa always delivers. Probably the best sushi in town — fresh, consistent, and beautifully presented. I don’t go nearly as often as I should, but I enjoy it every time. Great spot, great food.

Christmas Eve 2025. In my view outstanding value. Remarkably fresh, prepared on order. Acoustics good despite being full. Given how very busy they were our service was of the best. Prices compared to several newer restaurants in Hendersonville are not NYC prices charged in WNC

I absolutely love Champa. It’s my go to place when my guy asks where I want to go for date night. The staff is amazing and the food is wonderful. I love the spicy tuna rolls! The Crab Rangoon is one of my fiance’s favorites! If your looking for some great sushi this is definitely the place for you!
