10/10 amazing job. I order catering every two weeks for my company and this is the first time we ordered from Cane’s. Everything was completely ready and fresh as soon as I got there. They helped me take it to my car and I was out of there in 5 mins or less. All of the food was delicious and nothing was missing. This was one of the best catering experiences I’ve had so I wanted to make sure there is some recognition. This Canes has a great team!! Thanks guys!

To me, this place is expensive for fast food. It is also disappointing that there are so few options. I wish you could order small amounts of chicken fingers without a drink and sides. The chicken is so blah without the Cane’s sauce. The fries are ok but taste pretty good when hot and dipped in Cane’s sauce. The toast is usually good.

Absolutely terrible stale soggy food. Texas toast wasn’t even toasted, lettuce was rotten. Dillion refused to replace or refund, he refused to give us corporate info, he also said a manager made our food but refused to us the managers name.

We were greeted upon entering with a welcome and a smile. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious hot and very delicious. The overall atmosphere was perfect.

I did not go into this Raising Cane’s with an open mind. I had been to the one by Target a few years back and was not impressed. My son asked to go, so we went.
I will admit that walking in I was impressed. It doesn’t have the standard fast food feel, despite ordering off the large menu at the counter. The facilities just looked cleaner and nicer than fast food.
The initial service was great. We were politely and promptly greeted as soon as we walked in. We placed our order, got our drinks, and barely got to the table when our order was delivered by the friendly gentleman I assume to be the manager. He asked if there was anything we needed, and told us to enjoy.
The food was great. Everything was fresh and exceeded my previous visit to other Canes. Part way through our meal we were asked if we needed a drink refill, which exceeds any expectations of fast food. When we were done our trash was taken for us, and we were acknowledged with a “Thank you” as we left.
All in all I had no complaints, considering I was prepared to be unimpressed. Keep up the good work. I will be back to this location.

I paid $20 through Door dash 20 minutes ago today; to get uncooked fries?! they don’t look golden brown to me. Not cool. The chicken was great I gobbled that right up. Heating up my oven to finish cooking my fries.
