Flavorful, rich vegan fare. I used Too Good To Go and got the macaroni salad, kale salad and “chicken”. You could have fooled me. Food was fresh, warm, and seasoned well! Restaurant has some seating and beautiful Black art on the walls. Bathroom is clean and functional. Staff are kind and generous.

Currently on the Daniel fast and I needed dinner I didn’t have to cook. Looked this place up right before leaving work. Skidaddled over and picked up the special. Ribs Mac and cheese with collard greens. Since I make these items non vegan, I want the flavor and texture to match so the meal satisfying. Kush, you did your thing. The jackfruit is used to perfection. Sauce is on point. The whole thing was great. I will return.

First & Last time I will visit this place. I ordered a Crab Cake platter and did NOT get the sides. The Cabbage I ordered in addition, served in the same container as the Crab Cake, was the best part of the meal.. The Sweet Potato cake I ordered made the meal satisfying, and altogether, the food was tasty and memorable. But the lack of sides from my purchase, combined with the additional expense of extra sides to make a meal filling and the lack luster service, will keep me from ever returning. For $30, I felt disappointed. I feel fortunate to have had enough money to make extra purchases for the sake of my own hungry. But next time, I’m just going to make the drive to Bonaparte & Harford Rd. and get a fish sandwich from THE GIFT.. If you are not vegetarian, I’d suggest you do the same..

I use to go here all the time, the food was so good it use to be one of my favorite places, but within the last 2 years the food quality has gone down. I don’t know if they are under new management and the public was not informed or what but I bought the crabcake dinner with greens and Mac and cheese. It was bland, the crabcakes don’t even look or taste the same. The Mac and cheese was ok and the collard greens was a no for me. I won’t be returning this is the fourth time I was disappointed.

Yesterday was day 25 of not eating meat. Really couldn’t find anything healthy to eat outside. Remembered years ago going to the Land of Kush. The food was just as good as it was back then.The whole place was a great vibe.My fiance & I was welcomed like family & greated also with fast service. The ribs gets me everytime alon with my favorite (Kale Salad). We even liked the smiles from the cashier & the preparer. Oh & don’t let me talk about the potato salad (chef’s kiss).We were Blessed to meet yet again one of the owners Ms.Naijha Brown. She treated us with much Love ❤️ She was such a warm soul

I love to make vegan macaroni and cheese.. I’ve been working on my recipe for a couple of years now. This macaroni and cheese is good don’t get me wrong, but it’s not the prettiest to look at. Sweet lady behind the counter gave me some curried gravy to put on it. Sounded strange but it really enhanced the flavor of the macaroni. I would definitely go back again for it. I got the greens they were pretty good. The potato salad… meh.

The food here is really tasty when the order is made correctly. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve ordered there have been mistakes. Items have either been missing or I’ve received things I didn’t order.
Most recently I asked for an all sides platter with kale, spinach, and sweet potatoes, but instead got kale, mac and cheese, and some kind of stewed vegan “chicken.” I’d like to keep supporting this place because the food is good, but the frequent mix ups make it hard to justify coming back.

Fantastic experience! Dunno what they put in those “crab cakes,” but they taste and feel like the real thing!! The collard greens and candied yams were on point too. And the sauces? Both the tartar sauce and mustard dip were so good I wanted them in a cup so I could just chug it. Highly recommend!

I love my people! Im a baltimore native living in NC. Eeverutime i visit family, Land of kush is a stop!
I came in on Sunday an hour before close. My good brotha told me he didnt have cabbage to complete the order. I chose greens to sub. I was sooooo happy when I got to families house to see that I had a small side of cabbage!
PS. I always get cabbage, Mac, and the crab cake wrap ! Never miss!
