Just left there and the entire staff is Hispanic and they all laughing at the window and not greeting anyone. Hector who stood outside laughing with them and turns around didn’t say anything to me but pronounce my name wrong while laughing with his colleagues and then I said well where’s my Polynesian sauce he said did you ask for any and I said yes, but they’re too busy laughing in the background to even know and then he hands me the Polynesian sauce and drops it in my hand like I’m a dog so yeah, I would never visit this location again I will contact the manager because yes it’s perfectly fine to enjoy your time at work but don’t forget about your customers young and immature and when I said don’t drop anything in my hand again. He turns around starts laughing with his colleagues like something is funny don’t ever make your customers feel like they owe you something. I don’t ever have to eat there ever again and I never will.

Won’t lie, when I went to go get a salad.. it didn’t feel like they gave me a portion that felt full compared to other Chick-fil-As I’ve been to. As for navigating where to park or where’s the drive-thru, everything about the outside was a nightmare. Thank goodness there’s outside workers to take orders that navigated me to the entrance because I would not even have found it. I had to park away from the establishment just to not throw a tantrum. Considering those two things, three stars but the chicken sandwich was good at least. That’s the best thing I can say about it.

Food was fine, but I received the worst service I’ve ever received at a Chick-Fil-A at this location. I was told at the counter that I could get a maximum of 3 sauces and after that I would have to pay for them, even after showing them I am able to select 4 sauces on the app. I asked for the manager, who said the same thing and was rude and passive-aggressive, stating that “their operator made the rules” and there was nothing he could do. I said fine, cancel my order, and put in a mobile order with 4x sauces selected (and of course they only brought 3 out, so I had to go get another ), so I don’t understand the disconnect with this specific location – I’ve never been treated this way at any other location. McDonald’s level customer service, I am very disappointed. Do better, I thought customer service was a priority at CFA but this location feels very different. When the manager acts like that, not a surprise that the rest of the staff follows suit.

Of all the Chick-fi-A locations in Atlanta this one is likely the worst of them all. The customer service is non-existent. The orders are not fully complete with utensils. They don’t ask if you would like condiments (like other locations). Straws are optional. Just a terrible experience the few times I’ve visited this location. Guess I’ll use the straw they gave me to enjoy my yogurt.

First time visit to this Chick-fil-A. It’s very popular and the car line extends into the street at times. When I ordered, I asked for fries with no salt and I was promptly informed they cannot do that at this location. I was then informed by the management that every other chick Fila I’ve been to has not been upfront about the saltlessness of their fries as there’s no way possible to get them without salt because the fry bin has some salt in the bottom already and it’s impossible to remove it in its entirety. Thankfully, after a brief discussion, this restaurant was fantastic in the ability to give me saltless fries anyways because it was decided if they give me fries from the top of the pile (before salt is doused over them) I will get the most saltless fries possible.
I’m thankful for the ability to articulate my needs in my order and the willingness of them to compromise with a plan that worked perfectly for the customer and the business.

As an avid CFA customer and native Atlantan, this is the first CFA that does not provide customizations for dietary restrictions. I attempted to order a grill chicken combo with no salt fries. I was informed that this location does not offer no salt fries. If you are on a low sodium diet, this location can not accommodate a no salt request. If you have allergies, the yogurt parfait can not be prepared with no strawberries. This is the first location in Georgia in which I have experienced these restrictions. This information was confirmed by Yossy the manager on duty. Per Yossey’s statement the owner received an email from corporate with these changes for all locations. This is untrue as I am now placing the same order (grill chicken combo with no salt fries) at another location.

Me and my todler are big Chick-fil-A food fan. But particular this location has messed my food couple times now.On busy time please make sure you check your food if its carry out. 3 times they messed up my food missing sauce or dressing. Even quantity is different each time I buy my salad or soup.

The entrance to park is a bit weird since it’s built to accommodate two rows of drive thru. There are agents standing by them to help customers with their orders. Inside is clean and well organized. The service was amazing. Special thanks to cashier Gloria, she was kind to help me with my order and patient. My order came out quickly and I especially liked the cookies and cream milkshake.
Also it’s nice they have the kids menu where the kids can see and point to it. It’s a nice touch for families.

I really fw the exterior of this chick fil a and how it’s kinda raised off the ground. The stairs facing Ptree blvd are a nice touch and so are the garage door type things separating the drive thru from the parking lot. Food is great per usual

Sooo… the drive thru is better and I’m happy to report the entire crew here knows the fry station and knows that they must always salt the fries — each and every one of them. That’s right! Every single crew member must salt the living daylights out of the fries as if they are snails deserving of some retribution (or just my arteries). I love that you can order ahead and request how many packets of ketchup you can have only for someone to second guess my desire and withhold it (try that with the salt instead please). The one thing that wasn’t wrong and spot on was the large diet drink. THANK YOU for not allowing the fry station folks near the drink station! It was perfect!
Warning – this is a drive-thru nightmare. Got a really easy order that only bad management could screw up – classic deluxe large with diet Dr Pepper. After waiting for a few people ahead of us, someone took the cash, came back with change and a few moments later my bag of food. Oh, what was the drink? Okay. He left. Then wait. Woman came out – are you waiting for something? My drink. Okay. Another moment and the drink arrives. If you’re gonna serve two car lines, work on team management of them.
