The food was really good so good that I couldn’t get many pictures of the food from the family because they finished it. The only issue I had was with the ravioli promotion all mine came hollow but otherwise the service was top tier. Everything tasted very fresh.

As a lifelong advocate and former employee I and extremely disappointed in the performance of the Brooklyn location. For how strict management was for us to hold the standards to perfection it has definitely become less than adequate. I went tonight and my burgers were not only missing toppings but the burgers were burnt. On top of that servers no longer “sprint and smile” and the server that gave me the food didn’t even say thank you when I gave him a tip. He replied “cool” and went to the next car.
Sadly this has been a reoccurring thing. I hope this changes and take their image and job seriously.

17$ for a cheeseburger that the bun fell apart and the burger was so small I thought we ordered from the kids menu.
My husband had the galley burger. Again, kid menu size and bun fell apart.
Fries were ok. Very nice presentation to our car. Very friendly staff who rely on tips.

Swensons never disappoints, but my experience at the Brooklyn, Ohio location was extra amazing thanks to our server Leah Wednesday night. It was freezing outside (like, “why do I live in Ohio” cold ), and Leah was clearly braving the elements—yet she was so kind, upbeat, and genuinely enthusiastic the entire time.
She had the best attitude, checked in on us, and truly made us feel cared about as customers. You can tell when someone actually wants to be there and wants you to have a great experience, and that was 100% Leah. Great food as always, but exceptional service like that is what keeps people coming back. Huge shoutout to Leah for being awesome—even while freezing her butt off

I’m visiting Cleveland for work for the first time. I was told to try this establishment and I’m in love with the food! Wanted to share with the owners that Leah my order greeter was so sweet and even recommended many options for me as a first time customer. This is a great drive up restaurant. The service is super fast and the food is great. Everything is made to order, so it is fresh and has not been sitting under warming lights. The servers are very friendly and cheerful. The prices are very reasonable. It is fun to go to a drive up restaurant. We will return.

I will make the 2 hr drive just to come back here. My father had a stroke, came to Cleveland to catch a flight that was cancelled last minute. Was a complete train wreck. Stopped in for food cause I haven’t ate today with stress and felt sick.
The young small black haired girl and the young fella, garen maybe? I didnt catch names. But these two not only made my day a little brighter but helped mend a broken heart. These two are the kindest most wonderful people I have met and tried everything to make me feel better. These two made swensons my new favorite place. I will be back without a second thought!
I didnt have much cash to leave a tip only a few bucks and the nearby atm wasn’t working. But I hope these two know how much they truly helped with their kindness, this is what establishments should be.

First time going to Swenson’s yesterday 10/08/2025. Casually followed what everyone was doing, didn’t know about the headlights, but had them on so still got service.
Affordable prices, crazy good food, amazing service. They literally run to you? I know they’re kinda forced to, but still!
This location specifically, the workers are all friendly as heck and don’t make you feel like another burden for them to handle until they clock out.
As far as the atmosphere goes—it’s a drive-in. Everyone loves those for one unifying reason—you get to have the restaurant experience, while still having your own personal space.
I’m not someone who reviews anything. Like ever. I don’t have any “go to” places. I had the Galley Burger, and dude… my life was changed. They have a loyal customer now.
If you haven’t had it, do yourself a favor. You will replay all the “what if’s” of your life and regret this the most, I promise.
