I order from this Pizza Hut a lot. The food is ALWAYS good and on time. Literally the ONLY problem I have had with them is one time they forgot to give me parmasan.

Pizza Hut, in general, has gone downhill over the years. Their pizzas used to be the best anywhere, but now they are below average at best..
HOWEVER… this location is an exception to other Pizza Huts.
The staff here is top notch and the pan pizza ALWAYS great.
Meat Lover’s Pan Pizza is THE only way to go.
I’ve yet to get a bad pizza from this location.
I wish there was a dine-in Pizza Hut here in Cedar Falls, like in Decorah and Prairie Du Chien.
Pizza Hut also needs to bring back the Priazzo.

Only good thing about our experience was Jake. He was very professional when we called about our food not being correctly made. The girls were beyond rude and extremely snippy. When we called and asked to speak to a manager Alexis(who was one of the rude and snippy girls) she proceeded to argue with my husband. I would not recommend this place to a homeless dog. Food was cold not only 1x but 2xs in a row. 1st wings just had sauce poured over them in puddles 2nd time is in pic below. Just sad. If I could I would only give Jake the star not the company or employees we delt with tonight.

I’ve always had great service and food from the location on University Avenue in Cedar Falls and have been a customer of that location for almost four years. The orders are always correct, on time, and cooked appropriately. The employees in store and delivery are polite, efficient, and helpful.

Ordered 1 pizza and some breadsticks ordered it for curbside notified that we were there. After 10 minutes went in to check on it. Guy said they were busy and they would bring it out. Waited in the car. 20 minutes later went in again and the lady was very rude stating they don’t know why they offer curbside they don’t do that. However I have done it before the same location and had no problems. Pizza and breadsticks were just sitting in the warmer so pizza was somewhat cold. The lady said they couldn’t even pull me up in the system anymore it was like they brought it out to the car already but confirmed it was in fact my order. Pizza hut is so far behind on everything.

This is what you will get for fries if you bother with them. Its smaller then a small fry from McDonald’s and it’s almost 4 dollars. They are very soggy and so not worth it. The consistancy of this place is terrible.
