Food was as expected. Above average but nothing spectacular. Pictured is orange chicken, and lo mein with chicken.
We got an appetizer of chicken lettuce wraps, would definitely recommend.
Quick and friendly service. Atmosphere is fine but the lighting in the center of the table makes it harder to see the people you’re sitting with.

Went this evening for a family dinner.
We walked in the hostess obviously was really enjoying her drink and didn’t want to put it down!
The other host showed us to our table. Service with a smile!
Our server was Beth, she was wonderful!!!
More service with a smile. Friendly and just a great server.

I don’t know if it’s this location or PF Changs not having the right item but the chocolate soufflé isn’t a chocolate soufflé. It’s more of a lava/fondant cake. Which was stone cold and needed to heated so the chocolate oozed out!

We were first time visitors at PF Changs, we had an amazing experience the portions, the flavors, the ambiance all amazing. We truly thought this couldn’t get any better and our server Rodney was amazing walked us through our experience and had excellent recommendations because of him we will be back!

Had an awesome date night with my hubby at P.F. CHANGS. Our waitress was perfect she gave us the most magical first time experience. She recommended the lettuce wraps as an appetizer, she had great knowledge of each dish and drinks. It was a great experience, the food was awesome and the service was the best.

This was my first visit at PF Changs. We had an excellent experience. We were seated immediately. Our servers name was Rodney. He was very excited that we were there and that he had the opportunity to wait on us. Rodney was awesome. He took our drink order, gave us time to check out the menu and did a fabulous job taking care of us. He was very friendly and personable.

Ordered them through Uber eats for the first time. Very disappointed, ordered a meal that costs $20.00 and all I get is a third of what I could get from any other Chinese place. The food wasn’t worth the price. I don’t normally leave a review but p.f. Chang’s needs to do better.

Food was good and service was great. The meals came quickly to the table, drinks were never let to go empty, plates were quickly cleaned. Will go again!
My only complaint (they didn’t lose any stars because they were quick to fix the issue) was that we were sat at a dirty table and had to ask to have it cleaned. They quickly cleaned the table and apologized.

I just had a pleasant lunch with my family at PF Chang’s China Bistro in West Chester, Ohio. Our server was Lauryn. I made a 1:00 p.m. reservation for our party of six. I liked that they confirmed my reservation with a text and then called earlier today a couple hours before to verify my reservation.
When we arrived we were greeted at the door and quickly seated. The manager came to our table almost immediately and asked if we needed some drinks or hors d’oeuvres. She was followed shortly later by Lauryn, our server. Several of us ordered hors d’oeuvres(appetizers) which included crabb rangoon and fried pork dumplings. Both were delicious. Then we ordered lunch. Several of us ordered the lunch special. My father ordered shrimp lo mein and my wife ordered sweet and sour chicken. I had kung pao shrimp. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Several of us ordered different flavored iced teas, which they said were delicious and came with free refills. After we completed our meal, my wife ordered some butter cake with vanilla ice cream and we all got a chance to try it and it was delicious. I also had some black coffee.
Lauryn was a very attentive and professional server. She kept up with everything, kept our drinks filled and was very pleasant to interact with. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, comfortable, and clean. This is not our first time to this restaurant and we will be back again because of its great service, great food and great atmosphere. Plus it’s convenient location. Do yourself a favor and visit PF Chang’s Chinese Bistro in Westchester, Ohio. You’ll be glad you did and ask for Lauryn,She’ll take great care of you.

My partner and I came in at 10:25 pm on Saturday looking to be seated. When we were greeted at the door, we were taken to a booth. It was a good five minutes of being seated before we saw our server. She looked annoyed the minute we sat down. She rushed us into ordering an appetizer and urged us the kitchen would close soon, despite the hours being listed until 11pm. When she came back we were unsure of our entrees and she very rudely said they were already cleaning the kitchen and if we didn’t order soon, we wouldn’t get any food. At this point we hadn’t even received the drink from the bar. It was clear she was annoyed we came to eat and my partner asked to speak to the manager. We informed him of our uncomfortable experience and he offered little sincerity to our situation. He was so uncaring we left without staying for the drink or appetizer that we ordered. I’d stay away if you want a pleasant dining experience.

Our waitress asked several times if we were ready to check out. No we weren’t ready to check out! We were still eating and drinking. Disappointed
