The owner is certainly nice to the customers, but not to neighbors or anyone else not buying from her. On top of their donuts being very THICK and heavy, not like a donut at all, they say they give back to the community while denying an elderly woman of using their restroom while her store was being worked on. This is definitely a “dont judge a book by its cover” kind of place/situation.

An amazing place! The food is delicious, the people are so kind and welcoming, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’d recommend to anyone.

The food here was amazing, I definitely recommend the kolaches, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was humble and homey, really good for breakfast its a 10/10 recommendation. The food was real cheap on the price side, but the food is amazing, despite the price, I would pay even if it was 100 dollars a kolache. Its amazing, if I ever lived in Alexandria, I’d always come for breakfast.

I only like my “doughnuts” (proper spelling) to be C-….. A+ is way to “upscale” for my wallet…. I can’t afford it….

I passed by here one too many times without checking it out and recently I finally stopped in. I was immediately greeted by possibly the friendliest person I have ever met, and my gaze was beheld to an array of doughnuts, kolaches, iced buns, pastries, and more. Everything ordered went smoothly and similarly, deliciously. The checkout system will ask for a tip, which while I am not typically a fan of for any non sit-down meal, the food prices were much lower than I had anticipated and the total price was worthy of a higher price through tipping.

I went through drive thru for the first time. Never had tried their donuts. After paying 12$ and being asked for a tip, I got donuts I can’t eat. When returned home my wife looked at box and knew something was wrong. Only one was missing. Usually most are gone. She tried one and threw in garbage. Will say I called and they said they would refund my money. Won’t be back.
