Food was best I’ve ever had at Shoneys. Our server kiona ( I know I spelled it wrong) but she was awesome and such a sweetheart. Restaurant was very clean and in the 30-45 min we were there I saw them check the bar several times. I will visit this location next time even though I have one closer to home. Y’all were awesome.

Staff is always pleasant! The buffet is good–a couple of items had been under the heat lamp too long however (like the pizza slices).
I remember the days when there would be many varieties of pies available on a front display by the slice or as a whole pie to go. Now it’s a small cooler in the corner with only strawberry and pumpkin-disappointing.
Place is quiet and you can relax; not too noisy.

Crystal waited on us. My husband had the hot bar and I chose the hamburger steak with grilled onions and mushrooms. My meal came with soup, salad and hot vegetables. The bar was decorated for Christmas. All the food looked delicious. Crystal kept our drinks full and dirty plates off the table. She had a very friendly smile and seemed to enjoy her job. I love this location. Everything is always so clean. We will be back. Merry Christmas!

The food isn’t great to my liking. Most things are in juice or water that taste nasty and has food taste just like it. Its usually the salad bar,fruit,desert sections that taste bad. The meats are good. The white gravy(if you like the package gravy in stores) you wld like that as well, I dnt like pk gravy or pk mashed potatoes.

The food is great, no wait for seating or service. Our server Amanda was very nice and kind. Did periodic checks on us and cleaned the table and refilled our drinks while we were at the bar. So perfect social distancing. It’s been a while since I’ve had service this good. I do like how they are requiring new gloves to the buffet that they provide for each trip to the bar. Its really peaceful here. Quiet and professional. Definitely a place I will be returning to.

One of the best Shoney’s I’ve been to! This Shoney’s buffet has a nice selection of options, and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and there was no wait! Will be coming back to try this Shoney’s next time I’m in Knoxville!

Came here tonight for dinner got here about 6:15ish and we’re only here about an hour but that hour was absolutely worth it The food is good they don’t rush you to eat they don’t make you feel rushed you can take your time they’re very attentive but not overly attentive we had the pleasure of having Christina as our server and she did a wonderful job

Our server Amanda was wonderful. Kept the glasses full and when we went to go get food off the bar she would have our table cleared of plates and gloves before we got back. Food was delicious and nicely warmed. We opted for the bar, and boy was it good food. And for 10$ basically a person you can’t beat that! We will be back:)

This is a true old-school Shoney’s. We always get the buffet, which is unchallenged as the best in my book. No matter who your server is, you’re made to feel like you’re a guest in your server’s home. Keep it up, Shoney’s!
