Meh. The regular McChicken is very spicy. I thought they gave me a Spicy McChicken. I complained. I was told that I ordered the regular sandwich and it’s spicy. No apology or offer to find another solution. The fries were excellent though. The store was also kinda worn and grimy feeling and one of the two kiosks was down. So much for saving time not visiting the counter to order.

Manager is nice but all his employees seem to be incompetent and and work at a disabled-like pace. No sense of urgency whatsoever. A mobile order placed of a single sandwich and 2 hash browns 15m in advance should not have an additional 15m wait time.

After a long, busy day, not cooking day, Mcds was a great stop for us. Great customer service. Everything was pretty clean.Thanks to Jessie for maintaining it.Jason took our order, and we got exactly what we ordered. Pretty good music playing and atmosphere. All in one stop .I totally recommend the strawberry cream pie OMG..you won’t regret it

I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s. The cashier who took my order was impatient and rushed me through. I asked to use a coupon, and he told me it would be added to my first order, but it never was. When I went to pick up my food, the lady at the window refused to help because she “didn’t take my order” and just wanted me to move along instead of fixing the mistake. Overall, both employees came across as rude and unhelpful, and I left feeling disrespected as a customer.

I get making a profit is important but really? Cold fries, supper slow service. The food was bad even for McDonald’s standards. They had 4 employees and people waiting for orders. I don’t understand. I guess that is why I’m going to the competition from now on.

Don’t get the McRib here….not sure if they just ran out of the buns or whatever, but the one I got was on a paperthin bun they use for the cheap hamburgers. Completely loaded with so much sauce the bottom fell apart. Super disappointed….yeah, it’s almost expected for McDonald’s to disappoint, but come on….freaking $13 for the combo and didn’t get what they are supposed to be.

Horrible experience using the mobile app. Ordered 2 meals for delivery, and they didn’t include the burgers. When contacted, they shrugged us off and said to come in for the item for a replacement or we’d be out the money. I’m not currently able to drive due to an injury so I guess I wasted my money. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but this was sad.

Deshawn went above and beyond when I let him know about a mistake on my order. Mistakes happen, but his response is what was impactful. Tiffany was helpful when I called to let them know. I always find the workers to be exceptionally pleasant at this location. Great hiring practices clearly. Thank you!
